Done for a Writing Exercise/Game on my RP forum. The game is called 30 Kisses. There's 30 prompt words/phrases in which to write a short story involving a kiss.

This theme was Tiny Blade... which I thought would suit the knife weilding Belarus well. My best friend asked for a RussBel... but since I can't imagine Belarus being mushy or romantic I came up with this instead(hope it's okay for you Dusk). I'm also a RussLiet lover so I had to add that in there somewhere. ^^

She was never going to let it happen. That's what she told herself when she took the next letter in her hand, slipping in a small sliver of metal between the paper and putting it in an envelope. She addressed this letter to China; America, Latvia, Canada and Prussia already had similar letters. She turned to a photo on the desk beside her, it was a peaceful picture of herself with Russia. Her long blonde hair blowing softly in a winter breeze, her brother's scarf wrapped around them both. They were both dressed warmly against the snow and bitter cold of that day, but they still smiled.

Belarus smiled tenderly and kissed her fingertips, then pressed her fingers to the picture frame's glass. After her tenderness faded she returned to her task. She wrote another letter out, and like the 5 preceding they were none too pleasant. She took extra time on this letter for it was the one she wanted to put more emphasis on. This one was for the one person she felt needed the most 'encouragement'.

Once the letter was written she slipped in another blade and sealed it in an envelope, this letter was addressed to Lithuania, and as she turned back to the picture of her brother she felt an anger burn up inside her. She needed to remind these people what would happen if they got close to her Russia. She needed to remind them who her brother belonged too.

And she would make sure they'd remember.
