There was a Christmas party at Duloc's abandoned castle. The music played fast and lee was chatting with her friend ugly duckling. "Where's Pinocchio and rabbit?" lee asked. "You know rabbit, he's usually late" said duckling. Something then caught lee's eye. A flash of yellow and white. She turned to see Pinocchio and rabbit. Pinocchio must have seen lee and smiled. They walked over to lee and duckling. "Hey ladies" said rabbit. "Hi guys!" said duckling. "Hi lee" said Pinocchio bashfully. "Hey puppet" said lee smiling. "You look beautiful!" said Pinocchio. Lee was in a green long sleeved party dress that had fur trim at the bottom, collar and sleeves of the dress with high heels. She wore her red glasses and her hair was down. She smiled and he did too. Pinocchio had a crush on lee for over a month now. "Looks like everyone was having a fun time" said rabbit. "Yep!" said duckling. A slow song started and rabbit offered duckling his arm and lead her to the dance floor. Pinocchio decided to make his move and got on one knee. "May I have this dance?" asked Pinocchio in a gentleman like way and holding out a hand. Lee smiled and said, "I'd love to". She placed her hand in his. Pinocchio then led lee to the dance floor.

Once Pinocchio had put his hands on lee's waist and she had put her hands on his shoulders, he started to speak. "Lee, I wanted to tell you this for so long now...and I think this is my last chance." He looked at her in the eyes, and she's still smiling sweetly.

The music playing on for only two

"what is it pinocchio?" asked lee.

Butterflies formed in his stomach and he looked down at his feet.

A life goes by

Romantic dreams must die

So I bid mine goodbye and never knew

"Pinocchio?" asked lee. "Oh yeah! I need to tell you how I feel" said Pinocchio as he snapped back to reality.

So close to reaching that famous happy ending

Almost believing this one's not pretend

And now you're beside me and look how far we've come. So far we are so close.

Pinocchio smiled at her and led her into a waltz. "Lee, from the moment we met, and you said, this place smells like butt, I knew you had a personality. And when our eyes met, I felt a weird sensation in my heart" said Pinocchio.

"Really, what are you saying?" asked lee.

Pinocchio paused. He looked away real quick and thought, "you can do this Pinocchio"

How could I face the faceless days

If I should lose you now?

Pinocchio faced lee and said, "ok here it goes, lee...I love you"

To reaching that famous happy ending

Let's go on dreaming for we know we are

Lee looked at him and he closed his eyes thinking she was going to slap him. But she smiled widely and started to cry. "I love you too Pinocchio" cried lee. "really?" asked pinocchio smiling. "Uh-huh" said lee.

They moved in

And still so far

"Lee, I was wondering...will you...be...my..."Pinocchio started to say but lee put a finger to his lips. "Just kiss me" said lee. He smiled and lifted her chin. He bent down and kissed her. Lee worried she'd get splinters in her mouth but sparks flew and the feelings she was getting from Pinocchio swept through her. Everyone started to clap. This was definitely one of the best nights of their lives.
