BPOV
I yawned and stretched as the sunlight suddenly filtered into my room. Bleary eyed, I looked around my room to see who had turned on the sun.
It was Alice, of course. Stupid pixie wouldn't let me sleep in on Saturdays. It was one of her pet peeves, apparently, for her brother's girlfriends to sleep in anytime she was bored. I groaned inwardly. A bored Alice could never be good.
I looked into her eyes and saw a mischievous glint there. A glint I recognized very well. She wanted to play a game. And I think I know what game. I believe I was the one who had suggested it when we were with Rose getting drunk a couple weeks ago. (She had just lost her boyfriend, Mike Newton to that tramp, Jessica.)
I was thinking about ways to worm myself out of this game. Maybe I could go visit my Goddaughter, Nessie, in La Push.
A/N: Renesmee is now the daughter of Leah and Jacob!
I must have forgotten that Alice could read me like a book, because just as I opened my mouth to suggest it, Alice took a running leap and landed squarely on top of me. I struggled, but to no avail. Though she didn't look it, Alice was strong and heavy.
I had to hurry and get her off of me before I suffocated from her sitting on my stomach. I used my legs as leverage and pushed up my stomach, only to have her laugh at me and bounce up and down on my stomach.
"You and I both know it's no use fighting me! I'm going to sit here until you agree to come over to my house. You know I'll do it," she threatened. Crap! She would, too. I didn't want to go out of fear for her truths and dares, knowing no matter which one I took, it would be horrible. She owed me one for borrowing her jeans and then spilling ketchup on them.
I hit her where I knew it would hurt. "MARY ALICE BRANDON, IF YOU DO NOT GET OFF OF ME, I WILL RIP ALL OF THE CLOTHES IN MY CLOSET!" She immediately got off of me, seeing as half of the clothes in my closet were hers. She grumbled something intelligible. But I'm pretty sure I caught the words "traitor" and "shopping spree."
She crossed to the other side of the room and picked up a bag that I hadn't noticed, throwing it at my head and opening the door in one swift movement. As I heard her car pull out of our driveway I was wondering why she left so fast. After a few seconds of wondering, my phone buzzed. A text message popped up on the screen from Alice. I touched my screen twice to open it. I stopped breathing. This is why she left so fast, sneaky pixie. Edward freaking Cullen was going to be there. Oh, hell no! Rose did NOT tell me that her brother was in town! She knows that I've had a HUGE crush on him since the 1st time I went to Rosie's house in the 1st grade! Crap, what am I going to do?
