Set between seasons 5 & 6 when Dean was staying with Lisa.
"Dean, wake up!"
Dean's eyes snapped open and he fought down panic as the dream lingered, only it wasn't just a dream. Sammy was gone. The brother he loved more than life itself was never coming back. Dean's breath came in gasps as he sank back against his pillow and ran a trembling hand across his face.
"Are you okay?" Lisa's hand gripped his shoulder.
Dean nodded, not wanting to speak….he didn't trust his voice. As always, Lisa understood. She took him in her arms and he held her tight, trying to forget the nightmare, knowing he never could.
