Dean and Sam are in New York inside a dirty sewer, looking for a creature who lives under the city, that is Attacking peoples for Months, they don't know what they gonna find and who they gonna find right there.

Sam: Wastepipe? Sam said interrupting Dean.
Dean: yeah, exactly!
They have heard a noise coming from other side of the gallery. So they ran till there.
Sam looks to Dean to catch the creature but they're surprised
With lights illuminating them faces.
Dean: What the fuck?
What the hell it's going on? A female voice said.
She was Mirabelle and her recruits.
Mirabelle is an old acquaintance of the boys and John Winchester since 2001, when they met for the first time.
She worked to Cox a General who kidnapped Sam, to make an exchange of favors to John Dee to get open the hell's gate.
