The Musical Adventure of Team 7

Uzumaki Naruto woke up with a wide smile on his face. He opened the window wide all while grinning from ear to ear. He took a deep breath of fresh air as he greeted the wonderful morning with a song.

[WONDERFUL WORLD BY LOUIS ARMSTONG]

I see trees of green

Red roses too

I see them bloom

For me and you

And I say to myself

What a wonderful world…

Naruto immediately got dressed realizing that he was almost late for an important mission that team 7 was going to take on.

…

"Good morning Sakura-chan!" greeted Naruto happily.

"Be quiet Naruto!" admonished the pink-haired ninja. "You're so damn noisy and it's too early in the morning."

"Ahh…sorry Sakura-chan" apologized the hyperactive gennin.

"Why can't you be more calm and cool like Sasuke?" said Sakura.

Naruto immediately frowned.

"Whatever!" said Naruto. "Don't compare me to a loser like him Sakura-chan…"

Sasuke immediately spoke up.

"Naruto, if there's ever going to be a loser among the three of us, it will be none other than you." he said.

'Oh, Sasuke-kun is so cool and awesome…' thought the inner-Sakura. 'That freak Naruto is just ruining the moment…'

"Say," said Naruto. "Where the hell is our sensei?"

"He's late as usual…" remarked Sakura, crossing her arms across her chest. "And I bet that he's going to come up with another lame excuse why he's late…"

Suddenly, their sensei appeared.

"Yo!" Kakashi greeted his students cheerfully. "Sorry I was late but you see there was an old lady who---"

"LIAR!!!" yelled Sakura and Naruto. Sasuke, as usual, was acting all cool even if it's quite clear that he's totally pissed.

…

Team 7 head off towards the sound village to deliver an important document. It was a rank B mission and Naruto was pretty much excited as well as joyful that he could finally do a decent mission.

Happy! Shalalala

It's so nice to be happy! Shalalala

Everybody should be happy!

Apparently not everyone was enjoying Naruto's singing out of the blue. Sakura gave Naruto a heavy blow to the face sending him flying across the area.

"Sakura-chan!" whined the orange ninja. "I was just singing…"

"Well Naruto, you can't always get what you want…"

And with that Sakura sings.

And Naruto inserts

But, if you try some time, then you'll find…you get what you need!

Once again Sakura was annoyed. She was about to pop Naruto in the face again when Kakashi stopped her from doing so.

"Calm down you guys…" said their exasperated sensei. "Come on. You guys are a team."

Of course Kakashi sings.

Well, it's pretty obvious that everyone, save for the singing sensei, was annoyed and pissed. It was pretty lame that a top jounin like their sensei would start belting out tunes from kiddy shows.

"Let's get to the mission now, shall we?"said the very angry Sasuke.

So that's the end of chapter 1. It's very short but please understand that I am under unfavorable conditions. Anyway, please review so I could get an idea on how I could do the rest of the chapters. (Once again I apologize for all the stupid songs I have inserted in the story. I wish no harm. Please, forgive me, my fellow Narutards.)
