It was Saturday night, just after Regionals. Kurt and Blaine were cuddling on the couch trying to decide on a movie. Burt and Carol were off in D.C. for the weekend, and Finn was at Rachel's house.

"We could watch a scary movie," said Blaine with a slightly evil grin on his face. Kurt glared at him a bit before nodding reluctantly. He knew the reason Blaine wanted to watch a horror movie was because he knew Kurt would become frightened and hold onto Blaine for dear life. Not that Blaine or Kurt minded.

"Great!" Blaine untangled himself from Kurt to look through Finn's collection. He returned carrying two DVDs. He held them up for Kurt to see.

"Which one would you like to watch?" Kurt normally didn't care which horror movie Blaine picked. Nevertheless, he looked up, and froze for a second.

"Not that one!" he shouted, pointing to the dark movie in Blaine's right hand. Blaine looked at it, and saw that it was the one featuring vampires. He suddenly remembered Kurt's reaction to the judge vampire at regionals earlier that day. He looked back up at Kurt who had his knees pulled up to his chest. He was staring at the DVD in Blaine's hand with, not a look of fear, but a look of sadness.

"Kurt?" Blaine asked, kneeling in front of the older boy. Kurt looked up to see Blaine's brown puppy-like eyes full of concern. It was enough to send a few tears down his angelic face.

"Hey, Baby. It's alright," Blaine slid onto the couch next to Kurt and wrapped his arms around him, gently stroking his soft chestnut hair.

"Why do vampires upset you?" Blaine asked after a minute or so of comforting. Kurt pulled his knees closer to his chest and buried his head deeper within Blaine warmth.

"It's stupid. You'll laugh at me," Kurt mumbled, more tears silently streaming down his face.

"Baby, I won't laugh at you," Blaine was hurt to know that Kurt thought he would laugh at him.

"You promise?" Kurt sounded so small.

"Of course," Blaine planted a gentle kiss to Kurt's nose. Kurt took a deep breath before speaking.

"The first time I watched Twilight, the bullying at school was getting really bad, and I hadn't even come out to my dad yet," Blaine winced, knowing that was a hard time for his boyfriend, "I just… I don't know, I looked at how in love Bella and Edward were and I thought, because I'm gay, I would never have that," a fresh wave of tears took over Kurt. Blaine pulled the sobbing boy onto his lap and began slowly rocking him back and forth.

"You must think I'm crazy," Kurt's voice sounded defeated. Blaine turned him in his lap so they were facing each other.

"I don't think you're crazy. I think you are amazing, beautiful, adorable, and what we have is better than what Bella and Squidward have," Kurt giggled and blushed at Blaine's words.

"I think what we have is better than them, too," Kurt blushed deeper as the words escaped his mouth. Blaine smiled.

"You are adorable, and I love you," Blaine leaned his forehead on Kurt's. Their noses were barely touching, and they both had loving smiles on their faces.

"I love you, too," Kurt said, before closing the gap, and kissing Blaine. When they pulled apart, they both were blushing deeply.

"Why don't you pick a movie?" Blaine asked, turning his attention back to their previous task.

Kurt stood up off of Blaine's lap, grabbed the vampire movie, and popped it into the DVD player. He then sat back on the couch, and wrapped his arms around his curly haired boyfriend.

"There's my little courage machine," Blaine laughed. Kurt smacked his arm playfully before hitting play on the remote.
