A world grey
Lives touched by rain

Monsters unbeatable
Huge pillars of strength all
Most find them insurmountable
For you, the bigger they are, the harder they fall.
Death is numbing
You think your life is over, you are wrong.
Life is fleeting
Yet ever long
Each piece of light
Each shred of good
Crushed under might
Burned into soot
The darkness grows
Its tendrils stretching far
Creating more foes
And smothering every star
Nothing left for you
The situation severe
The only thing to do
Is to persevere
You have finally won
You have proven to be the best
Now you can finally rest in the sun
But remember, in dark souls, there is always a bigger test.
