He had been my best friend from the beginning. I had to admit I have a small crush on him but I was Sakura Haruno and he...well he was Naruto Uzumaki. Which would have been fine if he wasn't engaged.
I should have just told him how I felt in the beginning but then he wouldn't be engaged to her. What was her name again? Oh yeah, Hinata.
I wish I could say she's horrible for him, a slut, a gold digger, anything but the truth is she isn't any of those things.
She's nice, kind, sweet, the perfect one for him. Man, who ever said the truth hurts weren't lying.
And to make things worst I was the brides maid of honor, she doesn't really have any close friends so being the nice person I am I said I would do it.
So this is how I find my self waking into the church were they are going to hold the wedding, great.
"Hey, Sakura-chan", I turn around to see the boy the has been haunting my thoughts.
"Hey Naruto whats up?" It only then that I see a rather hot boy walking next to him.
"Nothing much, nervous. Oh hey this is Sasuke", He says pointing to the hot guy next to him " Sasuke, this is Sakura."
"Hi, Nice to meet you", I say as I take his outstretched hand. He smirks in return and I think I died a little inside.
As the ceremony starts and I walk down the aisle with Sasuke, I can't help but think maybe Naruto getting married wasn't such a bad thing after all.
