It was a normal sunny summer day and Felix had gone to the park to think. He had a lot on his mind and he Seriously needed to clear his head. It was a busy week for the Young Fox at the bookstore where he works, and he needed a place to unwind on his day off. He made his way to the local park with his pens and journal and looked around.
"I wonder where would be the perfect spot to start writing?"
Felix said to himself as he walked. Not long after, he looked over at the pond and saw a very beautiful unicorn Mare with a beige coat, long brown mane, a green hoodie and glasses and her cutie Mark was a Monster energy drink symbol. She was sitting by the pond alone and looking a bit sad.
Felix approached then sat beside her. He turned to her with a warm Smile.
"excuse me...um...it's a why are you sitting here all by yourself?" Asked the concerned fox.
"Hm? Oh... I don't really know... I always come here. It cheers me up..."
The mare replied.
Felix scooted closer to her.
"You seemed a bit down... and I wanted to see what was wrong...my name is Felix Floetry. I-I bet you weren't expecting to meet a fox today hehe.."
Said Felix, trying to make her Smile.
She smiled a little and leaned against him a little.
"Haha...My name is Cici...it's nice to meet you felix..." She said.
Felix Smiled with a slight Blush and put his pens and journal aside.
"nice to meet you Cici. I'll keep you company... if that's ok..." Said felix, blushing more with a grin.
She smiled with a blush as well.
"I would like that very much Actually... I don't always get other ponies to sit with me out here...it gets lonely sometimes. Plus... you're kinda cute..." Said Cici, Nuzzling him slightly.
Felix Blushed and Smiled too then wrapped his tail around her.
"I think you are very cute too...in fact...I think you are very beautiful cici..." Said felix Nuzzling back. He slowly found himself gaining a liking to the young mare.
Cici looked away. Her ears folded back and a tear welled up in her eye.
"I-I'm not cute or beautiful... I've never been made to feel that way..." Said Cici sadly.
Felix noticed that she was very trouble. He gently caressed her face and rubbed her chin. He pulled her closer to him and Smiled.
"Cici, you are very beautiful. I can tell that you have a wonderful heart and soul. I have been alone myself for a while. Not many ponies are really into foxes hehe..." Said Felix as he started to look sad as well.
Cici Quickly turned and kissed his cheek then hugged him.
"I-I like you Felix...You have been so kind to me...you have cheered me up when no pony else would. we may have just met but...I think you are great." She said to him giving reassurance.
Felix Smile and hugged her back. He loved her warm embrace as they Snuggled by the pond.
"I write poetry and short stories... It's been a passion of mine since I was a young kit... wanna see some?" Said felix as he reached for his Journal.
"ohhh yes! I would love to read some! ️" Cici said Excitedly.
Felix handed her the book. She read several pages with a happy grin. As felix watched her, his love for her grew. He said to himself,
"She truly is a precious treasure...one that I may want to spend my life with...if she wants to be with me that is.."
Cici Finished reading and Nuzzled him with a Blushed face.
"These are amazing!! Thank you for sharing this with me!!" She said with happy tail wags.
Felix took a deep breath and looked her in the eyes. He took her by the Hoof with his paw. She looked at him with surprise as he readied himself for what he was about to say...
"Cici...you are a very special girl...I can see in your eyes that you have been through a lot of pain and hurt. I have too. You are beautiful both inside and out and...I find myself Seriously falling in love with you... I-I just wonder...if you might feel the same way...?" Said felix, Slowly looking down as if expecting rejection. He let out a deep sign.
Cici just stared at him for a few moments.
Suddenly she grabbed his and kissed him passionately. They kissed for several minutes before she released him and giggled then booped him.
"Of course I love you too, you silly Handsome Fox hehe!" She said as she Cuddled up close to him and rested her head on his shoulder.
Felix grinned from ear to ear and wrapped his tail around hers. They had finally found the ones they were looking for. They spent the entire day sitting together at the pond enjoying each other's company and eagerly awaiting what the future held for them.
"I love you very much Cici..."
Said felix to his very special girl.
