Chapter 1
It was a foggy day in Minnesota, Kennedy, Bryan, and Arianna chose to go hiking. Ever since the incident with Arianna and Bryan, Kennedy has struggled with
his emotions. Arianna was driving the car, Bryan in the passenger seat and Kennedy in the back. " The Story of my Life" by One Direction just came on the radio,
as the weather got worse. The rain pelted the car in a rhythmic tune, bothering Kennedy immensely.
" Why did you do it ?" Kennedy yelled.
" What ?" Arianna questioned.
" You know what ! Don't act so innocent !" he said madly.
" Calm down," said Bryan " It was just an accident, nobody's going to look for her."
Two weeks ago, Arianna and Bryan killed their neighbor, Laura. Kennedy had been secretly seeing Laura for five months until he got a call in the middle of the night.
It was enough, filled with rage Kennedy undid his seat-belt and pounced onto Bryan. Slamming his head against the window until it broke, while Arianna
screamed and tried to pull Kennedy off with her free arm. The car swerved on the road, as Arianna struggled to gain control. Still spiraling up the mountain,
Kennedy punched Arianna. Her head bounced off the wheel, and the car fell off the road. The car spun and crashed into the side of the mountain, pulling a car door
off along with Arianna. Bodies were tossed around like rag dolls. Kennedy landed on the road, Kennedy still in the car; and Arianna laid beside a tree.
Kennedy regained consciousness, the only pain he felt was a dulled throbbing in his skull. He sat up, his eyes wide looking for Arianna and Bryan. He twitched
his fingers and then checked for any injuries. A rib had protruded out of his skin. He poked at it in shock, and remembers the accident. Kennedy got up, dragged
his bad leg and limped to the car.
