People say that young love is a risk we have to take.
They say that someday we'll just end up broken hearted,
And everything we thought that was love was just a big fake.
They say that the person you love couldn't finish what they started.
They say they lie to impress you,
And when they have everything, they'll leave you shattered.
They say that young love is like an emotional roller coaster,
Going up and down,
Leaving you empty when they're gone.
But this is not true,
After all the things I've been through.
Love is real,
Because I know how it feels.
Love has never hurt me,
But his love always left me happy.
