Private Lessons in Life
"Sometimes, Idiots are more clever than the smart ones." The old Spencer said as he sipped his tea.
Alfred was taking private lesson's from him. Of which either his father or sister knew.
Alfred wasn't actually an idiot, He was just acting like one, never actually acknowledging the fact that he can be as SMART as Alexia is.
He just doesn't really know where to start.
"Young man, you remind with this one person." Spencer said looking at Alfred.
He tilted his head. "Who is it?" He asked.
Spencer took out a photo. "You remind me of someone.. one of my children from the Weskers."
"Albert?" He said, fast. Thinking that was what he would say anyway.
The old man chuckled. "You are far more BETTER than he is."
"If not Albert then.. who?" He asked with striking eyes.
Spencer sighed. "Alex, The only son that was loyal to me."
Alfred was quiet for a moment. Tried to collect his words. Spencer smiled.
"Well, not until he abandoned me. Left with the results I needed and never came back."
He put the photo in his huge science book. Alfred just looked at him.
"I just hope when you become a better and more outstanding person, you'd never run away with the results."
Alfred smiled. "I'm a loyal person. I never runaway, teacher."
The two continued in their private lesson. Only to find Alfred feeling the fatherly love Spencer shows.
And also for Spencer to know that to have a son was more than being a god.
