Yes, Chad Dylan Cooper, felt invincible.
Despite the fact that he had given Sonny's cast mates very expensive parting gifts in the limo.
Despite the fact he blew his cool on his date with Sonny.
Despite all this he was happy, no he was beyond happy.
He had managed to talk Sonny into giving him a second chance and wasn't willing to at first. Yet he conviced her.
Perhaps it was the way he came by to see her.
Coming through the window, because the doorman wouldn't let him in.
It was probably because when he came round to Sonny on that one time when he broke down the door, that doorman just so happened to find out just recently, or it was the same doorman for the day and it was his shift. Thus refusing Chad entry via the front door.
It didn't really matter much though, he brought her to the window, there stood a huge billboard, her face, his face and the slogan "Chad is a fool for Sonny".
She smiled, and he as he promised left through the window and Sonny joined him. The sushi chef handed them the menu and sat down to a romantic dinner under the stars.
Sonny smiled, she had texted her cast mates. They were furious, but their threats meant nothing. After all they felt invincible and by telling her cast mates to come over, at least she wouldn't have to explain much to them, they could see it for themselves, because when you're in love you can't help but feel a little bit invincible especially when you know they probably love you just as much too.
