Tsukaiseno was at a lost for words. He was at one moment fighting for his life, the next moment, waking up in a strange new world eerily unfamiliar to him. He was an ancient monk warrior from the distant lands forced to fight to protect his people from Civil War. Suddenly, the sound of horse hooves echoed in the green grass fields on which he lies on. He looked on his left. He saw an army of strange skinned warriors, resembling snakes, rushing towards another army. Fighting quickly started. One warrior from the army fighting the snake-skinned warriors quickly tore apart a division of the army. He charged with his halberd, slicing all in his path. He opened a way out of the fighting, and Tsukaiseno was able to see who he was.
"He looks familiar," he said as he peered closer at the powerful warrior, "Wait a moment that is the legendary Guan Yu!"
"Impossible!" Tsukaiseno said to himself "He lived more than a thousand years ago! How could he?" Suddenly out of his own common sense, Tsukaiseno proceeded to see if what he saw was true.
Guan Yu slashed and hacked all snake skinned warriors that were in his way. He then rallied his forces to one side while the enemy was in disarray.
"Gods of War, grant us strength! Charge! " Guan Yu and his rallied army of fierce spearmen rushed through the enemy ranks, scattering surviving enemy forces.
"The enemy is now vulnerable, sweep through them now!" Suddenly, a serpent warrior appeared behind him, trembling but courageous enough to attempt a strike at Guan Yu.
Tsukaiseno took out his staff and ran to Guan Yu, then leaping, and then yelled to him, "Watch out!"
Guan Yu alarmingly turned around. Tsukaiseno slammed his staff at the snake-warrior's head before he had the chance to strike.
"Impressive!" Guan Yu said to Tsukaiseno.
"It is true," Tsukaiseno said in awe, "You are the legendary Guan Yu! That beard is just a fine example. How do you grow it that long anyway?"
"It is all a secret my friend," Guan Yu replied in a whisper.
"Well, this is rather strange, please let me explain. But first, let us defeat the enemy!" Tsukaiseno said as he rushed to the enemy.
The battle was over quickly. The enemy General, Boomslang, ordered a full retreat.
"Resistance is futile!" Boomslang said in his last words before he retreated.
Tsukaiseno then confronted Guan Yu, who set up camp nearby the battle field before joining up with the main army.
"Guan Yu! I do not know where I am, or why I am here. I remember being in a war, but it was a much different environment than where I am now. Please, can you explain to me anything anyway you can?"
"We are, in Orochi's new world," Guan Yu replied grimly …
