Your Song: A Gravitation Song Fic
Shuichi bolted up in bed. He leapt from under the covers, and turned on a lamp, being careful that he didn't wake Yuki.
Grabbing a pen and peiceof paper, Shuichi jotted down the few lines of the song he just had inspiration for.
*My gift is my song, and this one's for you. And you can tell everybody that this is your song. It may be quite simple but, now that its done....*
Shuichi looked over to the bed, adn his eyes rested on the most beautiful sight. Yuki, sound asleep in bed.
Was Yuki the inspiration for this song? Shuichi focused on Yuki's serene face, and there wasn't any doubt in his mind. This was Yuki's song.

Shuichi dropped his pen again, remembering the day he and Yuki met. How much it hurt when Yuki insulted his lyrics. But the next day... his nightmare became a dream. Ever since then he'd been obsessed with this dream, Yuki. His life became a fairy tale. Except for Yuki's insults tossed his way, Shuichi woke up to a brighter world.
*Sat on the room, and I kicked off the moss. Some of the voices... well, they got me quite cross.*
Yes, the voices. The other band members, the media, even his own voice. Ever since his relationship with Yuki began, though he loved him with all his heart, each day Shuichi heard voices... voices that confused him. But he still loved Yuki.
*But the sun's been kind while I wrote this song. Its people like you that keep it turned on.*
Yuki made the world go round. Shuichi remembered their break up. How the world seemed to stop turning. How much it hurt totell everyone he had gotten over the person he cared for most in the world.
Shuichi smiled unconsciously at the memory of the day he and Yuki went to the amusement park. He wishied everyday could be like that one.
*So excuse nme for getting... but these things I do. You see I've forgotten if they're green or they're blue. Well the thing is, what I really mean.... Your eyes are the sweetest stars I've ever seen.*
Shuichi could get lost in Yuki's eyes. Somethimes he caught himself just staring at Yuki. Everything about him had Shuichi mesmerised. Even now he found that he was staring helplessly at him.
Clutching the peice of paper, Shuichi switched the lamp off and crawled back in bed.

Yuki would be in the back, his gaze fixed intensely on Shuichi, whou would be staring right back. No one else would seem to be in the room. Just he and Yuki, and the fading notes of the song.

Shuichi smiled again. He leaned over and gently kissed Yuki's lips. "Ai shiteru Yuki-chan..." he whispered. And then he was asleep, the lyrics he had written clutched to his heart.

Okie...okie... I admit it.... I haven't actually SEEN Gravitation. I've just read the episode summaries, and waiting eagerly for a friend to download the episodes and burn them for me and the Genbu Miko. But like after I finished I listened to the song and I thought GRAVITATION!!!! So here it is.
