The Child lost in the dark,
But then she was found!
And Lost.
The child sits in the dark and thinks,
'Why can't I cry?
Instead I sit here and let the times pass on,
As though time did not matter.
Why can't I speak the truth?
Instead I sit here alone in the dark letting every one think what they wish,
Letting them see the smile that I always wair,
Letting them never see me sad for fear they will not like what they see.
So I just sit here in the dark with the stars as my only true friends,
But what's this,
The child sees someone move toward her in the dark.
Who could this be...
Can really be the one that will set her free from the dark?
Can it trully be the one true friend that is not a star,
The one that will show me what it si like to see really light,
And hear, feel, and give real laughter?
But, as this person comes near she sees that all that person whated was for her to listen to them speak,
And not to listen to her.
So, this lost childs sits in the dark,
Looking up at the stars....
And then she is able to cry.
For know she sees that even in the light of day,
She will always be lost and alone in dark,
For she has no one that will dare to brave the dark for themselves,
Just so they can save her from her own unwanted fait.
Fait of uter darkness!
