A few days after the dawn...
A dragon, with scales of purple enters the newly built temple, astounded by how sunbleached blocks of stone could hold such beauty. For the first time in his life he was competly happy... well almost completly. He had just found the poem he wrote to Cynder the day she left, and never had time to give it to her, until now. He walked down a maze of hallways, hopeing he didn't make a wrong turn, but his luck payed off as he saw a door of black and crimson enter his vision. He began to have second thoughts and began to sweat, but before he could turn-tail and run, a black dragoness stalked up beside him and said one thing.
"GOTCHYA" And he practically jumped out of his scales, and dropped his letter. He then barreled down the hallways like a bat out of Hell. Cynder started to make chase, but she stepped on something and it wouldn't let go of her paw. She then saw it for what it was, It was a folded up paper. She then continued on to find out who it was for, but she was surprised at who it was for, it stated in bold, slightly smeared letters: "From: Spyro To: Cynder" on the front fold. She made a mad dash to her room, she had never thought Spyro would write to her. Her hopes were high, as she unfolded the letter and began to read:

"Without you I can't live

I can't even rhyme this poem without you

But with you by my side, my heart will always be content

And you will know my love's full extent

For without, you I'm nothing

Without you, I'm but an empty shell, void of all life

For you I will defy the laws of time

And yet find another rhyme

I will show the world of our love

And its full serenity

For all of eternity

For you, I'll fight

And vanquish the darkness' might

In this night's haze

My love, set ablaze

But for now just know that even apart, our bond still grows

And will glow forevermore

With you by my side my heart's content

And you will know my love's full extent!"

Fresh tears started rolling down her cheeks as she realizes what he is trying to say.

"But when I die, in the night

Do not cry,

For we will meet again in the realms of light!

Our fight is done

And our rest has begun.

Cynder, I love you.

A monsoon of tears rained down on the paper as she read those last three words. She then heard a knock so soft she almost didn't hear it. "come in" Joy evident in her voice. She looked to see who wanted accsess to her room and was, yet again, surprised by the purple dragon as he cautiously walks into her room. She then bolts stright at him, with such speed that could rival lightning, knocking him to the ground. She then proceeds to lick him, as he sits there, dumbfounded. The next words said changed his life forever: "I love you too, Spyro!"

(A/N) This was supposed to look like any amature made this poem, because I didnt think Spyro could be an expirenced poet since he never really had any spare time. I apologize for the poor wrighting style, as I am rather new to this kind of writing, so go semi-easy on the reviews. now that I look at it, it kinda looks like I was trying to avoid useing Spyro's name, but I assure you it was coincidental. Sorry if you didn't like the ending, I couldn't find any better way to end it.

I would like to thank Machine Dragon Nero for the inspiring reviews he gave me. I'll see you on the battle feild, or next time I need your opinion.

Please tell me what I did wrong, so I can fix it in the future, but don't stay focused on one little detail, unless it really irritates the crap out of you, or is rather important. Also I like to see peoples' opinion, so feel free to give it, and if you would like to see an specific type of poem, tell me, I will at least try to make it, and in all honesty I think I need the practice.
