I escaped my final moment
But it's turning back at me
Unable to breathe… held close by Axel as he faded away into nothing… Soul swallowed by the Lifestream.
On every corner I can feel it waiting
Just a moment, no awareness
Asleep behind the reborn soul he waited to be awakened. He saw nothing, heard nothing, smelt nothing.
I could easily slip away
And then I'll be gone forever
Awakened by the voice of an Ancient. Axel faded, no trace of him remained. Elrix was no help; the former State Alchemist turned Nobody wasn't around through choice.
I'm searching,
I'm fighting for a way to get through
To turn it away
Constantly hunted. Ienzo, Thrax, Larxene, Shadow Link, it was a never ending onslaught of fighting. Marluxia had gone his own way. The reincarnated only waited in the canyon.
Its waiting, always trying
I feel the hands of fate, they're suffocating
Reno appeared, Xion was captured. Ienzo attacked once again. It was all too much for the two souls in one body to handle.
Tell me what's the reason
Is it all inside my head
A third awoke, but his help was limited. He was a good fighter, but no one was invincible.
Can't take it no more!
Another attack. An old friend of the third appeared. Xion was immobilized, after earning a bullet to the leg.
All around me I see danger
And it's closing in on me
Two warriors against three. Young Jayson took a strike. Two more meant death.
Every second I can hear it, breathing
I can't stand the fear inside me
He hoped his Other would show up, but he was hoping for a miracle. The vampires couldn't leave Hyrule without risking death.
Cause its leading me astray
And it will be my ending
Thrax's claw glowed; the third was warned. Skin would burn; the armor wouldn't help. A feint to the right, a slice to the left.
I'm searching
I'm fighting for a way to get through
To turn it away
Reno lay on the snow, too exhausted to fight. Aqua held off Ienzo. Fire countered with Blizzard, Water with Thunder. The battles continued, as Shadow Link waited.
Its waiting, always trying
I feel the hands of fate, they're suffocating
Three souls to one body that continued to change form… white eyes, red eyes, blue eyes…
Tell me what's the reason
Is it all inside my head
The three debated, at the same times the memories combined.
Can't take it no more!
Where did one end? Where did the other begin? It was becoming harder to tell.
But no one faced what's coming my way.
And I will let my fear fade away
Whatever may be, I'll have to find out.
No longer were there three souls; they had meshed together to the point that they could no longer be recognized. One blade, two blades, claws… the souls fought to separate.

Was this how Fate wished it to end, their friends watching as they fought for control, for separation?

Is it all inside my head
No longer did they fight, no longer could they tell each other apart, no longer did they want dominance over the others.
Can't take it no more!
Ventus was no more.
Roxas had vanished.
Mase was gone.
