George made his way to the back of the shop to check on Hermione. He and Fred had given her the task of organizing their finances, and she had sat down with 5 large folders full of invoices and receipts. She had been at it for hours, and he figured now was as good time for a lunch break.
He watched her for a moment, since she hadn't seen him come in the room. She was concentrating very hard on the paper in front of her. "Having fun?"
Hermione looked up, startled. "Oh, yes, of course." She rolled her eyes.
George walked over and sat at the chair across from her. "What's that?" He asked, gesturing to the paper.
"Oh, this?" She held up the paper for him. On it was a large circle, with different colored pieces in it. "It's a pie chart."
"Huh? That doesn't really look like any pie I've ever seen." George frowned.
"No! It's not an actual pie." She sighed. "It's just an easier way to look at where all your money is going. Look," She pointed to a large section colored orange. "This is how much of your profits are going towards supplies. This green section is how much go towards paying your employee's wages. The whole circle is equal to how much you two make."
George nodded. "Okay, I get it. They look like slices of pie."
Hermione grinned and patted him on the head. "So smart, aren't you?"
"Hey!" He pretended to look scandalized. "Like you would expect anything less from a Weasley twin?"
"No, I suppose not."
"Very good. Well, how about some lunch?"
"Sounds good. I'm starved." Hermione organized the papers on the table and stood up.
George followed suit. "Good. For some reason, I feel like eating cherry pie."
