CalmAsWater- So I was thinking, what if Severus never called Lily a mud blood? What if Voldemort went after the Longbottoms instead of the Potters? There a bunch of questions I thought about while I read Harry Potter and this is what I think would have happen if those questions were answered.
Harry Potter woke up in his bedroom. He got out of bed and walked to the door. He opened it and walked out into the hall and to the kitchen.
"Good morning, Harry!" Rebecca greeted. His half-sister, Rebecca Alyssa Snape was sitting at the kitchen table. Dark red hair from their mother and black eyes from her father.
"Hi, Becca." He said sitting down.
"Letter for you, Harry." Sev said coming in with mail in his hands.
"Really? Is it.." Harry asked trailing off.
"See for yourself." Sev said, sitting at the end of the table.
"Wait!" His mum, Lily had ran in with the video camera in her hands. Rebecca walked up to Harry and read over his shoulder with him.
"Hogwarts! Hogwarts, Mum!" Harry said excitedly.
"We'll go to Diagon Alley right after breakfast!" Lily said, turning the video camera off and putting it on the counter.
"Lucky." Rebecca muttered,
"Don't worry. We'll get you some new reading material, okay Rebecca?" Sev said,
"No.." Becca said slowly,
"You don't want a new book?" Harry asked shocked.
"No.. I want a broom." They stared at her. "Please, daddy?" She batted her eyelashes.
"Can I talk to you, Lily? In the backyard?" The two walked out the door and Lily closed it. Harry and Becca walked quietly to the door and bent down below the window. Becca and Harry fought who would listen at the doorknob and Becca won. Harry was on the floor trying to hear.
"She wants a broom." Sev said,
"Are you going to give her a broom?" Lily asked, Harry knew her arms were crossed.
"I don't want her to turn out like Potter." Becca and Harry gave each other a questioning look.
"She's your daughter. Not his. Do you really think she'll turn out like him just because she wants a broom? That's pathetic!" They never heard their mom call Sev pathetic.
"Fine, fine. If she wants a broom, I'll get her a broom. I guess she can have that since she won't be going to Hogwarts." Sev said.
"You just want some excuse to give your daughter something." Lily scoffed.
"Is that such a bad thing?" The doorknob turned and the two scrambled back into their seats.
CalmAsWater- That's a pretty pathetic first chapter. Rebecca is my OC. I plan on having a few more OC's as well. Aurora Black(Sirius's daughter), and Victor Lastrange (I might change his first name if anyone wants to give me some ideas). Aurora and Victor will probably go to school with Rebecca later. Yes, Rebecca is Lily and Severus' daughter. If your wondering why Harry's last name is still Potter if he's living with the Snapes, Lily and James' had a one night stand. James snuck something in Lily's tea, I suppose and then Harry was born. That's the best explanation I could come up with. Also, Neville is the Boy who lived. Don't worry, Harry still has an important part in this story. I don't want to give away the story so I'll shut up and you guys will review. Help me come up with a better name for Victor Lastrange! Once I have a few names, I'll make a poll. Please help me!
