Re-edited Chapter One: Awakening and leaving
Naruto and his father stood atop Gamabunta with Naruto in his father's arms. His mother had left the village because she found out Minato was going to use her son for the sealing. He was still some what stricken by Kushina leaving but he was able to find a way to seal part of his soul inside Naruto for when he unlocked the Kekkai Genkai he had inherited from him. He looked Kyuubi in the eye and threw a kunai at it in his rage. The blade impacted and the windmill looking design outside of the eye disappeared. Madara Uchiha appeared on his snout and rushed him.
"Madara Uchiha, how the hell did you get the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan?" he slammed the blade away and Madara disappeared in a puff of smoke. He realized the real Uchiha was above him. He couldn't block it in time and prepared for the impact. He heard a clash of metal on metal and opened his eyes to see Kushina holding her katana under Madara's blade. "Kushina, I thought you left long ago."
"I did but I can't let you die Minato." she threw his blade away and they met again on the snout of the king toad. Minato did the seals and the Shinigami appeared. He pointed at the Kyuubi and then at Naruto.
"Put the fox's soul in my son here." he nodded. The knife pulled the soul out and put it in the Kyuubi.
"Since you are the only person to ever be able to live, since you altered the seals of the jutsu, I will give your son a gift. When he reaches Kage level I will come to him and give him a power he will pass down through his kids. I have one particular in mind." he disappeared with a ghostly smile Minato quickly pulled out a scroll and put a seal on it that held the items Naruto would be given, not noticing Madara trap Kushina in his eyes. He wrote down a letter and made a frog take it to Jiraiya. He died at that moment with a smile on his face, thinking Naruto would be a hero.
(One Hour Later: Council Meeting)
Sarutobi was getting really angry. The council members wanted to kill Naruto or turn him into a living weapon to increase the reputation of the village. Others wanted to leave him in the forest or have Hiashi block all his chakra nodes. "No, no, no, we can't do any of that. If his chakra nodes get closed the Kyuubi's chakra will take over, if we turn him into a weapon, he will eventually kill us all, and if he goes into the forest he will die and if he dies the fox will be released, so leave him alone." all the people were astonished at this.
"You dumb ass old man, if you don't let me make him a weapon he will kill us!" yelled Danzo. Everyone around him used Shunshin as the third sent ten kunai that turned into fifty at the Root leader. Sarutobi rocked the baby back and forth in his arms, then left the room.
(Five Years Later: Konoha Hokage Memorial Park)
Naruto sat in the swing with a sad face. All the kids had been forced to leave by their parents. Today was his fifth birthday and he had finally lost the villagers. He got up with a sigh and went to his friend Amy's house. She was being bullied one day and he beat up the kids doing it. He had to run to the Hokage's office to get away from them, but he made a friend. He left the house and walked down the street. A bunch of people who got drunk from the kyuubi celebration saw him and went after him.
"Shit, another attack!" he yelled as they chased him. He took a wrong turn after about an hour of being chased and turned into a dead end. A kunai whizzed out at him and slammed into him. A villager had thrown it so the loop hit him, knocking him out. He found himself in a tunnel, being pulled towards a big hall. A found a huge cage door with a seal on it. "So, this is where Kyuubi is sealed. You can come out now, you damn fox." the Kyuubi heard the hatred in his voice and flinched. He came out and looked at Naruto.
"So you know who I am?"
"Well, it was kinda obvious when every one calls you Kyuubi Brat."
"I can tell you have had a hard life because of me. I want to apologize in some way, so I will unlocked your Kekkai Genkai for you."
"What's a Kekkai Genkai again?"
"It's an ability only a certain clan has. Yours comes from your father. It was supposedly extinct long ago. He it goes, oh, and this will hurt." a silver light rapped Naruto up and he brought his head back so he could scream. The villagers heard the scream and saw the silver light and backed up. A red chakra flowed out and the villagers recognized the Kyuubi's chakra. A chuunin rushed forward to kill him before the fox took over. A thousand kunai stabbed into him and killed him.
"You foolish villagers are stupid enough to attack my jailer when he protects your entire village from my wrath?" said Naruto in an echo version of his voice with a Kyuubi tint in it. "I will kill you all!" he yelled as two claymores appeared in his hand and glowed a similar red.
"Some one call the Hokage and the ANBU!" yelled a random voice from the back. Three Jounin made there way to the front and drew weapons. One began to do hand signs. "Earth Style: Earth Spear Jutsu!" ten spears of rock shot at him. Naruto gave an evilly foxy grin and slashed both swords down fast. Two huge waves of wind blasted through the rock.
"The Konoha ninja are just as weak as they were five years ago. Eat my Bijuu Kenjutsu Style! Demon Style: Blood Chakra Blast!" the swords touched at the ends and a huge spiraling sphere of red chakra formed. He spun around and around and around, making smaller spheres blast out and hit the ninja and villagers, making them die instantly. Naruto stopped spinning and began to pant. The red went back where it came from and Naruto dropped to the ground in exhaustion.
The Third appeared and looked at the carnage and the red chakra round Naruto. "The fox took over. We have t kill him now!" yelled an ANBU, running at Naruto with a kunai. Before Sarutobi could stop him, a spear shot through his mask and killed him instantly. Sarutobi signaled for the ANBU to clear the bodies and took Naruto to his office.
"Naruto, it finally happened, just like your father said it would. I hate to think what the council will do to you when they find out." he arrived in the office and lay Naruto down. Naruto eventually woke up and asked what happened "I'm afraid that your Kekkai Genkai has awoken. A Kekkai Genkai is-"
"An ability that only a certain person of a certain clan has. Kyuubi told me about it." Sarutobi scratched his head in confusion then his eyes grew huge as he thought the fox really had taken over.
"Naruto, what did the fox do to you!?"
"He helped me unlock the ability. Why do you want to know old man?"
"No reason, no reason at all." Naruto nodded and stretched, showing how exhausted he really was. Sarutobi laughed to him self and remembered the fourth's orders before he went to fight the fox. He went to his picture and flipped it open, then pulled out a scroll. He handed it to Naruto who opened it up and read aloud:
Dear Naruto,
My name is Minato Namikaze and you are my son. I was forced to seal the Kyuubi inside you, because as Hokage, I could not ask any other family to give up their child. Please believe me; I would not have sealed the fox inside you if i could have defeated him otherwise. You mother, if she is still with you, probably explained this to you. If she is not, then a man named Madara Uchiha has used something called an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan to seal her inside his eyes.
When he seeks you out, cut his eyes and she will be released. You will be able to take his Sharingan if you wish, but I wouldn't advise it. It could be dangerous to you. By dangerous, I mean you could go blind.
I want you to take the items in the scroll. They items inside of it are my sword, my ANBU vest and mask, my battle cloak, and finally, a summoning contract scroll for foxes and wolves. Have Sarutobi teach them to you. And one more thing. Eventually, kyuubi will contact you and will seem friendly, but he is actually really evil. The seal left some on him.
A shinigami will appear o you one day and give you some kind of ability. This will help you when you fight the nine tailed fox for control of your body. You will have to defeat Kyuubi eventually, so be prepared. I hope you have a good life.

Naruto placed the scroll in his pocket and went home after learning the hand seals for the summoning jutsu. He went to his friend's house again, to find it burning. "NO! AMI, I'M COMING FOR YOU!" he yelled to the flames. He pulled the scroll out and found the perfect jutsu. He grabbed three bottled waters and poured them out. He did eight hand signs and pulled the water up in the shape of a grenade. "Water Grenade Jutsu!" he threw it high into the air then did a seal where he crossed his fingers. "Water Grenade Clone Jutsu!" the water exploded and putout the fires.
"Naruto, Naruto please help me!" he heard her yell. He let the fox have some control and used the claymores t cut through the debree until he reached her burned body.
"Ami, who did this to you?"
"Some people from ANBU Root squad. They did it under Danzo's orders." she barely managed to get out before she collapsed dead. Naruto let out a demonic roar and stood up. He flooded him self with his chakra and summoned thousands of weapons that floated around him, while his eyes turned red and slitted with touches of silver. He walked towards the ANBU HQ and into the section labeled Root.
"All forces to the front1 The Kyuubi has taken over!" yelled a man from the door. There were three members that screamed in fear when they saw him.
"Please Mr. Kyuubi; we only killed that girl under orders!" Naruto had ignored them, but when they said that, he turned his hand into a fist they were impaled with flaming kunai. He marched forward and stopped when the Root force came out. They stared off, a fly buzzed by, and a tumble weed rolled between them.
"ALL OF YOU WILL DIE FOR KILLING AMI!" thousands of weapons poured from above and killed every one that got in their way. Those that managed to avoid those got stabbed with swords sprouting from the ground, and the Uchiha that jumped into the air smirked.
"I will copy that jutsu and claim the Hokage status!" he tried to copy it, but failed. "No, that can only mean it's a-" he was cut shot as Naruto stabbed his two claymores through him and walked away saying "A Kekkai Genkai that can not be copied, Uchiha." the hokage and council watched the massacre with fright. Danzo was most shocked because his special ANBU force had been wiped out altogether.
"Danzo, WHY DID YOU KILL THE GIRL!?" the Sandaime screamed at the old war hawk. The killing intent he gave off knocked out every one of the civilian council members. Danzo backed away, but the Sandaime appeared behind him with a kunai at his neck. "Answer the question or else."
"It was the only way to kill the demon brat. You should thank lord Danzo." said the ANBU member he turned into. Sarutobi slit his throat and looked at the crystal orb. Naruto was in his apartment packing all his stuff. He walked out of the room and down the road. Several villagers tried to challenge him, until they heard about the Root Massacre as it would be called. Naruto left the village that night with nothing but his swords, some clothes, and three bags of instant ramen.
"Look out kid!" yelled a voice from the woods. Naruto drew the swords and stopped the Zanbato. A boy and a man with no shirt on and bandages covering his mouth stepped out of the bushes. the bandage faced one spoke up. "Sorry, I'm still working with that move. And why the hell does a twerp like you have swords like that?" Naruto let his grip drop, but the sword floated and disappeared, then reappeared below the man's throat.
"Does that answer your question?" he said as he placed the sword on his back. The man nodded and grabbed his sword.
"Who are you exactly kid? I'm Zabuza Momochi and this is Haku."
"I'm Naruto, Naruto Uzimaki." they shook hands.
"Well naruto, would you like to travel with us for a while. I could teach you how to really use those swords."
"Sure, why not." so Naruto and his new companions walked into the forest while the Sandaime franticly looked through the bingo book for the man. He found him. He gave a quick sigh that Naruto was at least in the hands of some one who knew when some one had become to powerful.
