Sakura was standing in her and Sasuke's bedroom staring out the window. Sasuke had just gone on a mission a week ago. Naruto is also with him.

I always needed time on my own

I never thought I'd

Need you there when I cried

She just stared blankly yet thoughtfully out the window. Hoping to see her Sasuke walking through the snow onto their doorstep.

The days fell like years when I'm alone

And the bed where you lie

Is made up on your side

Sakura began to think of when Sasuke left to train under Orochimaru. She shivered from the thought. How she felt and hoping he would return home…to her.

When you walk away

I count the steps that you take

Do you see how much I need you right now?

A single tear dropped down her cheek as she smiled to herself from thinking about such painful memories.

When you're gone the pieces of my heart are missing you

When you're gone the face I came to know is missing to

Sakura Uchiha jumped slightly as she heard a knock at her door. She squealed with glee as she ran downstairs of the Uchiha Manor and into the foyer. She opened the door to see Sasuke there smiling…well probably smiling for his own sympathy as he held his bandaged arm.

"Oh, Sasuke-kun, let me help you." Sakura said lovingly as she ran toward him. He only grunted in response.

The words that always get me through the day

A few hours later Sasuke and Sakura were on the couch watching the fire gleam in front of both of them.

And make it okay…

"I missed you so much." Sakura whispered soothingly. "Same here." Sasuke replied emotionlessly yet Sakura understood he meant it. "Aishteru Sasuke-kun." She said as she snuggled into his chest and gently fell asleep. After he found she was asleep he whispered, "Aisheteru, my Sakura-chan."
