Kathy's Point of View (For Now)
As I sit at the table with Elliot and his coworkers I see his eyes roam the room looking for the umpteenth time looking for her. And then I hear him sigh as he fails at finding her. I think maybe she won't come but just as I think that who comes through the door? None other than the one the only Olivia Benson looking stunning as usual. Every year she brings a date and every year she ignores that date and talks or stares at my husband the entire time and when she's not looking Elliot stares at her the entire time. It's pretty annoying yet, I still have to come because if I didn't my husband would probably ask Olivia to be his date and then god only knows what will happen when he takes her home. Oh great she's walking over now and Elliot is getting up and giving her a hug. I really feel the jealousy as I see her squeeze her eyes shut, not breathe and try and hold her feelings in most likely. Maybe I'm just seeing things?
Olivia's Point Of View (Finally!)
What is he trying to get me in trouble with his wife? He cannot just hug me and expect me to do nothing. I go weak at the knees just by one single touch and he goes and hugs me. I close my eyes and hold my breath trying not to breathe in any of his scent because if I do it'll send me over the deep end. I'll get my hopes up like I always do and when I go home tonight, alone, I'll cry myself to sleep like I do every night. That's what happens when you fall in love with someone you are forbidden to have. Oh great here comes the awards. The man on the podium announces that me and El have won the best partnership award and Elliot hugs me again. Perk up Benson it's almost time. Then the captain goes up and says, "Now we have a special performance from our one the only Olivia Benson." I walk up the steps to the microphone on the stage and say, "It's such an honor for me and Elliot to receive the best partnership award and we wanted to do something special and well if you think so kind of hilarious. I decided that I was going to sing tonight. I was searching and searching for the right song and I just couldn't find it but then I had to pick Elliot's daughter Lizzie up from school one day and she had this song playing on her iPod from this one movie and I thought wow this is the perfect song, so here goes."

At the end we end up in each others arms smiling and laughing and the entire room burst out into applause.
Elliot's Point Of View
That was the best feeling ever just being up here with the one I love and without even thinking without even caring that my wife was in the room I lean in and kiss her. I kiss Olivia Benson and she starts kissing me back. I never would've thought this would happen in a million years. When we finally break apart the entire room burst out into applause well minus one. I see Kathy get up and leave but I don't really care I look at Olivia and she is beaming from ear to ear. I whisper in her ear, "I love you Liv, always have always will." She says, "I love you to El." I am finally with the one I really love.
