The green-haired paladin looked around his small cottage
A warmth enveloping his heart, a small smile on his lips
After the war, he decided to settle down quietly
With his newly wed wife, even though everyone had questioned his choice
As if on cue, the calm, violet haired mage came in…
She smiled at him, a special smile only he ever saw…
In her arms was a little baby with sprouting green hair
He smiled and stood up and embraced his little family
The baby girl cooed and made a tiny giggle, then yawned…
The happy mom sang a song and put the child to bed
She then turned to and hugged her husband…
A warmth once again filled his heart and he smiled
"I love you Lute"
The once first-class mage-knight smiled,
"I love you too, Kyle"
