Hey everyone. This story was written for both Transfiguration: Metamorphmagus, and Angel's Event: The Pumpkin Patch on Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. For Transfiguration: Metamorphmagus I wrote for Task 1 which was to write about someone hiding their identity behind a mask or costume. For Angel's Event: The Pumpkin Patch my prompt was G9 which was the location of The Burrow. The way I used the prompt was two fold. I hope you all enjoy A Burrow Halloween. Word Count 443.

Lily grinned as Uncle Ron secured the mask over her face. This was the first time that she was being included in the family tradition of scaring Grandma Molly on Halloween. She'd been jealous when Al had been allowed last year and she hadn't been.

"What are you supposed to be?" Ginny asked Lily kneeling so she was on the little girls level.

"I don't know," Lily told her. "Daddy and Uncle Ron wouldn't let me see what it looked like. They claimed it be too scary for me."

Ginny nodded looking towards her brother, husband, and sons. The four of them seemed to be up to something that much was for sure. She smiled at Lily. "I thought you wanted to be a princess for Halloween though?" she questioned her daughter wondering when a monster mask was included in the princess costume.

"I am a princess," Lily stated.

"But you're a monster."

"I'm a monster princess. It was Daddy's idea." Lily pointed towards where Ron and Harry were whispering among themselves.

"Ron," Ginny interrupted the mirth going on over with her husband and brother, "are Hermione and your kids meeting us over at the Burrow?"

"Yeah," Ron told her.

"Best get going then," Harry said. "We don't want to be late for the Halloween party. Now do we?"

Ginny sighed and gather the children to her. One by one they Flooed to the Burrow and as Lily stepped out of the fireplace she looked around at all the cool decorations Grandma Molly had put up.

"Who do we have here?" asked Molly kneeling down to Lily's level. "Hugo?"

"I'm over here, Grandma," Hugo called waving. He'd decided to go as Klaus Baudelaire from Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. He had convinced Rosie to go as Violet and carry around one of her dolls to play the part of Sunny.

"Is this Albus Severus again?"

Lily shook her head. "It's me, Grandma Molly," Lily giggled.

"Lily Luna," Molly smiled at her granddaughter. "What are you supposed be this year?"

"I'm monster princess."

"Well you're a very pretty monster princess." Molly stood up and turned around letting out a very shrill scream. Standing behind her in his full Count Olaf costume was Uncle Ron.

"RONALD WEASLEY!" screamed Molly as she tried to still her heart from racing. She'd heard the children explain all about this horrible Count Olaf character and she found him to be the scariest character ever.

Ron and Harry doubled over in laughter. Everyone knew that later that night Ron would be getting a howler for what had just happened but at least it had all been in fun.
