Something I thought of while watching "Worst Nightmare." I don't own NCIS...
He could still smell her. Ocean and shea butter. She was driving him completely insane. When she was near him he tried to hold his breath but Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo failed. He took in the scent of his partner, Probationary Agent Ziva David, newly instated citizen of the United States of America, and Tony just about fainted.
It was completely feminine for him to admit it, but Ziva made Tony's heart skip a beat. Ex-Mossad Officer Ziva David made Tony stutter sometimes. Of course, he hid the stuttering by a cough or a fake sneeze.
And now, Tony coughed slightly and moved away from Ziva, trying to focus on what he was saying. Tony couldn't focus though and he just gave up trying to explain. Ziva was still standing close to him and her arm was rubbing against Tony's arm. DiNozzo looked down and was studying her face. Tony could smell her hair and noticed that her hair smelled like ocean and shea butter.
DiNozzo has to resist the urge to grab Ziva and kiss her. He couldn't kiss her; not in the bullpen. Knowing his luck, Gibbs would walk into the bullpen right as Tony would kiss Ziva. Then DiNozzo would get slapped and Gibbs would lecture them on Rule Number 12.
So, until they were alone, Tony DiNozzo had to contain himself.
