The wind blew against her face leaving a trail of blonde hair behind her. The battle was intense.
"Lucy!" Natsu screamed her on from the sidelines of the battle.
"I will defeat you, for my guild, and my pride!" Lucy shouted. Minerva's anger turned in to hate.
"0" The match ended with Lucy in second. Still toppling over Lucy managed to walk towards the exit.
"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE." Minerva grasped on to Lucy with her magic and Natsu jumped from the sidelines to save her.
"It's over!" The crowd screeched trying to save Lucy's life. Tears falling from Lucy's eyes, Natsu had to save her.
"FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST!" Natsu attacked Minerva and managed to get Lucy to the safety.
"Na-tsu…" Lucy mumbled, "It hurts…" Natsu carried Lucy to her bedroom and was treated by Wendy.
The Next Day
"Will she be alright?" Natsu whispered trying not to wake her.
"The major wounds in her body have healed, but her life could still be in danger. I am still not sure about her mental health; this was the battle she wanted to prove to be strong." Wendy said still using her healing magic.
Natsu P.O.V
It hurts, I remembered Lucy's words before she went in to a coma, I will defeat you.
"Guys can I be alone with Lucy." I blurted out trying to keep away the tears of losing a friend.
Not again, not like this… I thought
Reader P.O.V
The guild left leaving Natsu alone with Lucy. Holding her in his arms once more, he cried
"I can't lose you… I…I… I love you Lucy Heartfilia." Natsu cried.
A slender hand touched Natsu's face as his tears fell.
"I love you too…" Lucy revealed. Natsu's tears stopped and giving Lucy an embrace they kissed.
Hours went by of the kissing and I love you whispers.
They walked out of the apartment building and to the guild hall.
A celebration brewed and the guild was as happy as it was before.
"Lucy…" Levy called "So you confessed your love to Natsu." Lucy blushed.
"How do you know about that?!" Lucy questioned.
"A little birdie, Gray, listened in on your conversation." Levy uttered.
Natsu overheard the conversation and naturally got angry at Gray for it.
"HEY ICE BASTARD, WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU LISTENING TO MY CONVERSATION." Natsu panicked and started attacking gray.
"You've got one hell of a death wish fighting me Lucy lover." Gray replied with a smile.
The secret had spread and many were happy for Lucy and Natsu.
"You…" Lisanna sputtered. "You love Lucy…. I HATE YOU LUCY!"
Lisanna had loved Natsu since the very day they met. Natsu never realized it until now.
"Lisanna but we are friends…" Lucy reminded Lisanna. "Yeah can't you get along with Lucy?" Natsu suggested.
"No… I loved you first Natsu… I LOVED YOU MORE THAN THIS PIECE OF BOOBS!" Lisanna screamed "IM GOING TO KILL YOU LUCY HEARTFILIA!"
