The road seemed to go on forever. Just on and on, never stopping, just going on, to the young hedgehog as he watched the ground, it made him dizzy and cross eyed.
"Blur, stop looking at the lines on the road."
"No! Make me!"
"Young man!"
"What?"
"Watch you're mouth."
"Uh…I can't."
"Blur!"
Shadow butt in. "Blur listen to your mother."
"Watch the road!"
"Blur stop!"
"Stop what?"
"That!"
"Whatever! Parents are weird!
The young man/boy continued to watch as the lines swept under the car as they drove. After a while, he looked up at the sky which was pink and orange and a touch of purple. A starred blackness swallowed half the sky as they passed a bridge.
Blur looked out, they were close to the edge, which he could look over and see the black endless water that surrounded the car. He hated water since he was seven and he fell through the ice. He looked at the front seat at the asleep Sonic and the alright Shadow eyes on the dark road. The car was engulfed with blackness which made the water look closer and Blur flipped.
"Pull over!"
"What! Blur!? I thought you were asleep?"
"Pull over! Let me outta here!"
"Blur calm down!" Shadow said making sure he locked the doors.
In the flip out, Blur woke up Sonic.
"Shadz! What's happening?!"
"He flipped! The water Sonic! It's scaring him!"
