Based on the song- Always on my mind (look up the lyrics )
What if they never broke up? Maybe they needed the break to find themselves. But they never, not in this story.
Sam's POV-
We were all sitting round one of the back tables of the Groovy Smoothie. There was me, Freddie, Carly, Gibby and Carly's latest boyfriend named Chris. "Maybe we should set you up Gibby, like on a blind date." Carly said already excited about this newly formed idea.
Gibby looked at me and Freddie with pathetic eye's. He was trying to win back Tasha after a fight but Carly said he should move on.
"So what are we doing for the next icarly? I don't think we can do the "idiot farm girl" because we have done that a lot." Freddie changed the subject.
"How 'bout the lemonade stand one? I know you think Sam's cute when she's in her uniform." She smirked and I bowed my head in embarrassment. I then looked at him and he rolled his eyes.
"I wouldn't mind seeing that." Chris stated with a big smirk plastered on his face with no attempt to hide it.
"HEY!" Carly hit him. "That's my best friend and Freddie's girlfriend!" She hit him again.
"I was talking about seeing you in it." Carly had a look on her face of realization. We laughed almost the whole time we spent there, not Freddie though. He was stuck on his laptop editing some stuff. He was pretty stressed with everything.
I tried to hold his hand and he moved it. Then later after a comment he had made about relationships, I tried to give him a kiss on his cheek and again I was blown off. I sighed. The other problem was that no one else even sees it.
I walked into Carly's place and plunked down on the sofa. "Hey Sam how's it hanging?" she asked while still playing around with Chris.
"Not hanging, surprisingly. But I'm doing well." I smiled at my own comment.
"Apart from that side note, it's great to know you're using grammar." I laughed realizing that I said "well". "Fredward is upstairs." I sighed but hoped he was in a better mood. I climbed up the stairs to the studio but he wasn't there. I then made my way to Carly's room and there he was looking as hansom as ever in his red polo shirt and jeans. He was watching something he had edited for school and Carly's TV.
"Hey baby." I smiled and walked up to him pleading for a hug. He continued to stare at the television without even trying or wanting to acknowledge my presence. After about twenty seconds (I had started to become interested in the video by then).
"Oh hey Sam, how are you?" He looked down on me. Mostly because I wasn't wearing shoes and he is taller than me. His eyes were not looking at me but distracted by something behind me.
"I'm okay, how are you Freds'?" By that point he was back to looking at the TV screen. "Freddie? Freddie...FREDDIE!" He jumped back round to see me.
"Oh, okay yeah I'm fine." He turned back to the TV. I turned around and went down stairs. Chris and Carly were playing tonsil tennis and so I left the apartment.
