Sorry, I haven't been posting ANYTHING at all lately because I'm very lazy. Also, I've had a long drive across the continent last year in August, from Connecticut to Vancouver. So now my family is staying in Richmond, British Columbia, where I've had to adjust to new friends, a new house, a new city, a new country (Okay, not new. I was born in Canada and I've lived in Canada before) and a new way of spelling things. Color is now colour.

At least I'm not stuck with people asking if I'm Chinese or Japanese, or asking how to say their name in Chinese because most of the people here ARE Chinese. But I'm a banana (yellow on the outside, white on the inside) and never understand people when they speak Mandarin or Cantonese, and can't even tell the difference.

Did I mention this new school sucks? The grading system is lower, 86 is an A, and thus the grading is harder because they feel 86 is still adequate and grades such as English automatically drop. Gym is harder because they grade how good you are at sports, not how hard you try, and I SOMEHOW FAILED GYM CLASS!

People who don't know who I am will be completely weirded out by my rant, but some faithful readers who actually like my writing (I'm thankful to people like you, Xiahou Ayumi.) can understand better.

Well, back on subject, I had to write some limericks for my English assignment (I thought this was high school!) and I had just read some Harvest Moon fanfictions, and couldn't really think of anything else. So I ended up writing with a certain video game as the main subject.

Harvest Moon Limericks

There was a young lady named Claire
Who had blond and beautiful hair.
She bought an old farm
That was lacking all charm
Because there was nothing there.

Once there was a young rancher Jack
Who had nothing but the clothes on his back.
He had no more money,
Which wasn't really funny.
Because he couldn't even afford a snack.
