Chapter 1 my family

KPOV

We were all packing up and getting ready to move again it was time people were starting to wonder about us. We had no parents and just used our old money to help us pay for things.

Oh how rude of me, my name is Kale Davidson. I'm a vampire. There are 6 vampires in my coven including me.

Alexandria is a short red head that is very hyper and loves to shop. She can teleport herself and others to many different places all around the world, it takes a lot of her energy if she teleports inanimate objects as well but we have been working on it. She was the third person to join my coven.

Andrew is Alexandria's husband and they are a good pair. He is a nice, calm vampire. He is tall and blonde with our signature golden eyes as the rest of our coven have. His power is invisibility he can turn himself invisible for hours on end. Lately he has just been using it to prank us thanks to Derricks wondrous schemes.

Derrick is a tall and very muscled guy. He relies on his strength since that is what he brought from his human life. He has brown hair and dimples. He loves pulling pranks on people and then laughing. He loves his video games and playing baseball and such with our family.

Terry is Derricks wife. She is a tall blonde that is very pretty just like the rest of us. Her power is she can control an element in her case it is Earth. She also loves to shop and likes to go dancing as well. Terry is fun and caring along with cruel. You really don't want to get on her bad side and if you do then you might just be running into walls of dirt.

My name again is Kale I can control fire. We practice with our powers all the time and I have learned that I can sustain a fire for 3 hours without really concentrate on it. I can start a flame when ever I want without any worries. I am tall and muscled but nothing like Derrick's brawn. I was the first vampire in this coven and I still have no one. My hair is black and cut emo style. I always dress in whatever the style is at the moment but I would have to say I love jeans and tee shirts, everything else is uncomfortable. I love listening to music and painting.

The last person in this coven is Isabella Swan. She is definitely special. She has long mahogany hair and is the most gorgeous vampire I have ever seen. She is very shy, and conservative. I'm the only one who knows about her past with the Cullens and she plans on keeping it that way. She is a great artist and loves to play her guitar. She always wore long sleeves to hide her scars from everyone. The only reason that I found out about them was because I walked in on her, using a special knife that she made, cutting herself. Her powers are very great she can create force fields, we have learned that she can produce then around anyone at anytime but they are relatively small not allowing that person to escape from it until she releases them. When the force field is around herself it can go a mile all the way around her. She can keep us in the field with her and then weaken it to let a few out if need be. The longest she has ever kept one up was an hour and that proved to be very difficult for her. Her other power is that she can steal any vampires power that is within a five mile radius, so she can always use her covens but she doesn't normally only if we piss her off which we try not to do because she is worse than Terry. Her final power is that she can block herself from others, like the mind reading and pain and any other things that have to do with her mind.

Today my family and I are moving to Forks WA Bella's home town but I haven't quite told her yet. Everyone else just got done packing so I was on my way up to go find Bella. Her room was on the third floor where she always held her residence. I knocked on the door.

"Come in Kale" She called.

"Hey Bells, you almost ready?" I asked walking over to her. She was sitting on her floor digging under the floorboards.

"Yeah I just need to get out these last few things." She said trying to hide everything she was pulling out of the little spot. I reached around her quickly and grabbed the stuff.

"Kale no!" She shouted and lunged for them. I let them go and handed them back to her.

"What are they Bella?" I asked concerned.

"They were things that he had given me." She said quietly. So quiet that if not for my enhanced abilities I wouldn't have caught it.

"Oh sweetie I'm sorry. Can I see them?" I asked wrapping an arm around her shoulders. She shrugged.

"Sure why not you already know everything else." she mumbled handing me the stuff. She had her engagement ring, and a photo album. Next to it I saw a bracelet with two charms on it. There was also a CD in a case along with the stuff. I first started looking through the photo album.

There were pictures of her mom and dad with her. She started pointing out the people that I didn't know as well, there was a Mike, Angela, Ben, Tyler, Eric, Jessica and a few others. Then I got to pictures of them. I knew what they had looked like from when she had told me everything.

He had left her a few weeks before the wedding saying that it wasn't going to work and that he wouldn't take her soul. I found her in the woods and we became friends. She knew what I was and after graduation she asked me to change her as was planned to be done by the Cullens. I did as she asked and she stayed with me starting us on the diet of animals which she had made me do before I changed her. I have been trying to help her get over them in the last 50 years but it was hard for her and I never pressured her either.

I picked up the engagement ring next after I had finished looking through the album. It was beautiful. The face was a long oval, set with slanting rows of glittering round stones. The band was gold- delicate and narrow. The gold made a fragile web around the diamonds. (quote from Eclipse pg. 458). It was very pretty.

"Why don't you wear it anymore?" I asked her. She had been wearing it when I had met her as a human but after I changed her she took it off.

"It hurts too much." She whispered back wrapping her arms around her torso like she always does when speaking of them, holding herself together as she once put it.

"Oh I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault." She said as I picked up the bracelet, this I didn't know about she had never told me about it before.

"What's this?" I asked.

"My best friend gave this to me. He carved the wolf himself because then I would always be reminded of him, the wolf looks like he did when he morphed." I looked at her confused I had known that there was something different about her friend but never what it was, "Jake was a werewolf he was a russet color." she explained. My eyes about dropped out of their sockets at that.

"Your best friend was a werewolf?" I choked out. She nodded. I shook my head and then touched the other charm the heart.

"He gave me that one the night I agreed to marry him." she mumbled. "He told me that he thought it was a good representation. Hard and cold, and throws rainbows in the sunlight. He also said 'My heart is just as silent and it too is yours' That is what hurt the most because it is hard to look at remember what he said. I want to wear the bracelet because I also loved Jake he was more than just a friend but my love for him just wasn't strong enough." She started dry sobbing into my shoulder and I just rocked her back and forth holding her in my arms.

"Where are we moving this time?" she asked timidly after she had calmed down.

I winced at her words but answered her anyways, "Umm…. Forks,"

"We're what?" She shouted jumping away from me.

"Yes Bells we are moving to Forks I had a house built there and I even made your room on the third floor and designed it in a way I knew that you would like. I'm sorry I know that you don't want to go back there but what are the chances that they will be there?" I asked. I tried walking closer to where she was but she had up a force field. She fell to the floor and held herself as she rocked.

"Bella sweetie put down the field." I said gently I pushed on it a bit but she only threw it open farther throwing me backwards about 5 feet. Luckily I was expecting that so I landed on my feet in a crouch.

"Stop it Bella you need to calm down ok we needed somewhere to move and you even said that Forks was a perfect place to live so don't do this. Please," I said angrily but softened you at the end.

"Fine but please you can't tell anyone and if they are there we leave no exceptions." She hissed.

"Yeah yeah. I got it." I said walking over to her. I pulled her up and helped her put the stuff into her backpack. "Come on sweetie lets go."

"I call my bike you put your's in the truck." She yelled as she raced down the steps. I huffed and followed her. She was already in the garage and was with her bike. I saw Derrick toss mine into the back of my black Tundra.

She pulled on her Black helmet and grabbed her black leather jacket. She had on her normal high heeled boots and dark blue jeans. Her long sleeved red shirt hid all of her scars though they went away within days she still wore the long sleeves after telling me that she felt to exposed without them on.

"Hey be careful with that you idiot," I yelled hitting him on the arm. I quickly looked over my dark blue Harley. "good no scratches." I mumbled to myself. Derricks loud laughter was heard from the inside of his green Jeep after he heard what I had said. I growled.

"Awww poor Kale, You should run faster next time." Bella said tauntingly from behind me. I turned and glared while she just looked at me angelically. My face softened.

"God Bells be nice. Okay everyone lets move. And turn on your phones." I said loud enough for everyone to hear. Everyone loaded into the different cars.

Andrew was driving Bella's black 2009 Camaro, the only person she trusted to drive it other than herself. Terry was driving her lime green Bug. Derrick was driving his dark green Jeep. Alexandria was driving her burgundy Mustang Convertible. I was driving my black Toyota Tundra and Bella was of course on her Black Harley.

We always fought over who would get to ride their Harley. Bella and I were the only ones that liked riding them and we each had our own bike, both of them black only mine was bigger than hers. We would always find a place to ride together after we moved. We loved our bikes more than our cars but someone had to take the car and there weren't enough of us for both Bella and I to ride our bikes and it was one or the other.

I took the lead and we started our journey to Forks much to Bella's discomfort. I felt really bad for making her move back there after everything that happened but we already check and almost everyone was past. She was having a hard time and no one else could figure out what we had been talking about upstairs and why she didn't want to move to Forks.

"Guys," Bella's voice came over the connected phones.

"hey Belly," Derrick said laughing.

"Hey," Andrew and Terry said.

"Hola," Alexandria said in a deep voice.

"What's up Bells?" I asked.

"I think I should tell you why I don't want to go to Forks," She said quietly. There was dead silence on every other line.

AN: Ok so that was my first chapter and I really want to know what you think. I was just laying around last night after my mom threatened to ground me for still being on the computer and this story came to mind so let me know. REVIEW?!
