Introduction
Analeigha POV:
Hello, my name is Analeigha Marie Masen. I'm just your normal teenage girl... well except for the fact that I'm a Fairy.
I live in Olympia, Washington right beside a very large forest. Even though I don't like attention, I'm always the center of it. It's just because of the way that I look. I'm tall and skinny with long wavy brown hair and very unusual colored eyes. My eyes are a shockingly bright yellow. I really never understood why people thought I wore contacts. I mean hello, they're my real eye color, why would I lie about that? They probably thought that because the rest of my family had pure green eyes.
Even though my life was good, there always seemed to be something missing. But, I didn't figure out what was missing until I met Alexander Witlock. I was missing my one true love.
Chapter 2 APOV:
The day that Alexander moved to Olympia was one that I could never forget. It all happened on March 11, 2016.
Alex moved into the house about half a mile away from ours. My parents were worried that the new neighbors would find out our secret and tell the NAFMC (the National Authority For Mythical Creatures).
Well the rest of the day went by like that with me just laying on my bed with my radio on full blast blarin' out Changes by Three Doors Down.
After a while, I decided to go to the creek in the woods by the house. When I arrived I found that someone was already there. As I went to sit on one of the rocks above the water, the person turned around quickly, too quickly for the human eye, and started to growl at me.
Shocked, I slowly began to back away, not looking at until he snapped out of his stance. "Sorry...I...you...you just caught me off guard." the boy stated in a hushed tone. "By the way, I'm Alexander, Alexander Witlock. My family and I just moved here from Helena, Montana. And you are?"he finished with a grin, I was momentarily dazed.
"oh...um...I'm Analeigha Masen, but you can call me Ana. I believe you are my, err..for better lack of words, neighbor!" I finished with a laugh in which he joined me.
"So...what are you doing out here if you don't mind me asking?" Alex asked. "Well to be honest I came out here to get away from all the talk of our new neighbors." I replied. Alex, upon hearing this began to laugh saying between fits "Well...what are...the odds that...you would run into...the one thing...you...were trying...to ...get away from?" By the time he finished we were both laughing.
Alex and I stayed at the creek till it got dark just asking each other silly questions, telling stories from our childhood days, and laughing like we had known each other for years instead of just hours.
Alex was asking me about my past relationships, when I suddenly had a vision.
Vision: Two people sitting on a bed; each leaning in, fixing to kiss, when the girl pulls away and cries "What am I thinking? I can't do this, no matter how much I want to. It's forbidden!" The girl stated while tears slid down her cheeks. the boy looked confused "What are you talking about Ana? What's forbidden?" Ana replied "Our love, it goes against everything I've ever been taught. If I kiss you then I'll be breaking the biggest rule ever. I'm sorry but I have to leave. Goodbye." End Vision.
"Alex, What exactly are you?" I wondered aloud. Alex, in a small voice,looked at me shyly and answered "Well...I'm a half-blood."
