In His Arms

Disclaimer: Don't own Ouran High School Host Club.

A/N: My first Ouran High School fic! It's really sappy and fluffy, so be warned! Ouran yaoi shall come soon!

Dedicated and starring Renren AKA Kandai, because I said so!

A girl with long purple hair wandered down the hallway of Ouran Academy, looking very lost. She finally came across Music Room 3 and opened the door. She walked in and immediately was greeted with a chorus of "Welcome!"

"Ah…is this the Ouran Host Club?" the girl asked, looking at each boy in the room. She nearly fell over at seeing them all dressed in togas and Roman sandals. The leader of the group pranced over to the girl and took her hand.

"Why yes, and you must be the new girl, Kandai I presume?"

The blond boy kissed her hand and the girl promptly grabbed him by the front of his towel and threw him into the wall. He fell to the floor in a heap of twitching limbs.

"I didn't come here to see you, idiot!" Kandai screamed. Everyone flinched. Kaoru and Hikaru ran over to help Tamaki up.

"She's a monster!" Tamaki whimpered. Kandai paid him no heed as she looked closer at the sofa by the window. A tall, dark haired man was stretched across it, a hand thrown lazily over his face.

"There he is…Mori-kun!" Kandai squealed and kicked Kyouya out of the way as she ran to her one true love. Hunny was perched at the edge of the sofa and grinned chibily up at the purple haired girl.

"Sh, he's sleeping!" he said. Kandai nodded and gazed down at Mori. She leaned in and lightly kissed him on the cheek then froze when he stirred and opened his eyes. Mori shifted and looked up at her, his hand sliding away from his face and taking Kandai's own.

"Hn…" he grunted softly, yawning. Kandai turned red.

"M-mori-kun!"

"Kandai-chan," Mori murmured sleepily and pulled her hand to his lips. He kissed the inside of her wrist lightly, feeling her pulse quicken under his touch.

"Let's get out of here, lord," Kaoru hissed at Tamaki, who was still whining about being manhandled by a freshman girl.

"They need to be left alone," Hikaru said with a wise nod. The twins each slung one of Tamaki's arms over their shoulders and headed out of the room. Kyouya followed. Hunny stayed behind a moment longer until Mori gave him a look.

"Oh I'll leave too if you want. But only if you eat cake with me later!" Hunny said brightly and hopped off the sofa and skipped away, humming to himself.

"Just the two of us, Mori-kun!" Kandai said happily. Mori sat up and pulled Kandai into his arms, pressing her head to his chest. She could hear the steady beating of his heart and feel the rise and fall of his chest. Mori closed his eyes and breathed in the scent of Kandai's hair.

"Purple," he mused. Kandai looked up, blushing profusely.

"Y-yeah. It's odd, I kn—"

Kandai was cut off when Mori put an elegant finger beneath her chin and forced her head up to meet his gaze. He leaned down and pressed his lips to hers. Kandai's breath caught in her throat. Blood pounded in her ears. She clung to his bare shoulders. Even though the kiss only lasted a brief few seconds, to Kandai, it had lasted an eternity.

Mori pulled Kandai down with him as he reclined once more and laced his hand in hers. She rested her head on his chest again, and they stared out the window and watched the clouds roll by.
