A/N: My thoughts on some…things. Yes. It's one-shot madness!
Hahaha, I disclaim.

The Truth and Then Some

The truth is that really, Michiru's first love was strangely enough his father figure, Professor Kujyou. He didn't love the professor in the sense that he wanted to be with him forever, to be lovey-dovey and affectionate, but just to see him happy.

This carried over to Kazune, who looked very much like the professor, even if he was a lot different in terms of personality. He was content to watch from the sidelines, push a few buttons, and gently (or manipulatively, some might say, but his heart was in the right place) guide him in the right direction, even if that direction was to Karin's heart.

He was affectionate with Karin, often being overly romantic to her, but in a way, both of them knew that he wasn't being serious about it. He had always been happy just to let things unfold the way that they would, even if the results weren't in his favor.

And as for Jin…well…Jin was Jin, and he was another aggressively passionate person, and Michiru felt that he could be extremely close friends (or more) with Jin except that….Jin was Jin, and that was the only way to explain it. He would watch yet again, wait for a pretty, sweet girl fall in love with him and get a happily ever after. Maybe he would push Jin and Himeka together, and they could have lovely dark-haired, beautiful, kind children.

"When do you think you'll get a significant other so you can stop flirting with me and my girlfriend?" Kazune asked him.

Michiru shrugged. "I don't know, mate, I don't have anybody in mind."

"I could set you up," he offered. "I know this person, really great personality, uh, nice black hair…that kind of stuff."

The heterochrome laughed and replied, "Sure, why not? What's the worst that can happen?"

When he showed up at Kazune's house the following Saturday and saw exactly who his nice, dark-haired date was, he realized that he wasn't the only one who was guiding people, and that perhaps…it was guidance to the right direction.

Ending Notes: I like this one…don't know why…I just do. Haha! Well, the black-haired date is Jin if you read along my lines and Himeka if you're a homophobe, or not crazy. Thanks for reading and review already.

P.S.: For anybody following the Three Realms…sorry…I got…distracted? Haha. Sorry. It's not going to be up soon…it'll be up next week, I swear! It's only four pages right now...-twiddles fingers-
