Picard Rezam (During EXE One)
Since I hate you all sooooooo much! I have decided to tell you all a little more about the characters of Random Man.EXE, starting with Picard Rezam…
Picard Rezam was born on May 20th, 190X in the city of Amerope. After giving birth to him, his mother, Marisia Rezam, died of heart failure. He had only one sibling, Rega Rezam, his 17 year old brother who died in a car crash during the Proto incedent. This was a year before Picard's birth. When Picard was 5 years his father was murdered by one of his co-workers (Reason unknown). Two years later, a brilliant scientist named Dr. Wily took him in and started to train him in the newly made art of Net-Battling. 6 months later Picard was had progressed greatly, Dr. Wily couldn't believe how good Picard's natural ability to Net-Battle was!
A while later Picard overheard Dr. Wily talking to his associates, that's when he learned that Dr. Wily's true intentions were to destroy the Net-World and not to protect. He didn't run away though, he decided instead to wait and search for the right time. When that time came he would destroy Wily's organization from the inside. After another year of training, Wily presented Picard with his own custom Navi. Wily left the naming of the Navi to Picard, so he decided on RegaR, Meaning Rega Resurrection, in memory of his late brother (No Regar is not Picard's brother nor does Regar look anything like Picard's brother, it's just his brother was very courageous and he wanted Regar to be a simbol of courage.).
Picard and Regar became quick friends and great battle partners. Regar, designed by Wily, was incredibly powerful and knew no equal. As the time went on Picard and Regar's skill grew and when 200X came along, Wily finally revieled his plan to Picard. Though Picard already knew it, and hated it, he went along with it. The WWW made it's strike, by sending out the agent Hinoken to terrorize the homes of people. The plan was working until a boy named Lan Hikari stepped in and stopped Hinoken.
After Hinoken failed, Higure and his Navi Numberman took control of the school and started to brainwash the students. Again Lan rose to the challenge and defeated another WWW member. Next, Stoneman, and independent navi, was sent to disable the Metro-system's computer and cause chaos in the net. Once again Lan and his blue Navi Megaman put an end to the terror. Next, the WWW agent, Madoi, was sent to cause terror in the Waterworks system. After successfully polluting the water in Akihara, she was also put to a stop by Lan. Frustrated Madoi took another shot at it by this time sending a bus with a bomb in it through the main city. Lan acted fast and stopped the bus, once again defeating Madoi.
Enraged by another defeat, Wily then sent Count Elec and his Navi Elecman to shut down the Scilab's power plant so he could send Viruses all through the net without being stopped. Once again Lan put an end to Wily's scheme and sent Elecman to deletion. It was now time for Picard to take action. So he wouldn't get in trouble, Picard went by the alias, Master-sama. Picard was meant to stop Lan from getting to the WWW server, but instead he helped him by telling him where to go. After that Lan encountered Bombman and Magicman and defeated them both. Then, after waiting so long, Wily resurrected the Life Virus and attacked the net!
Picard helped out Lan by using some of Regar's energy to minimize Life Virus's strength some. Lan then destroyed Life Virus and saved the Net-World for the first time! After the Life Virus incident, Picard enrolled in the Akihara school and resumed his education in a normal school. His life went on…
