"Are you having a good time?" He asked, spinning the Elemental girl around a few times as they danced.

"Oh, yes! This - This is amazing!" She gushed, squeaking a bit when he went to dip her and pull her back up to him. The magic-imbued clothes he'd made for her worked wonders, kept the both of them safe.

"Only the best for my princess on her birthday~" The prince grinned, leading her around and around a few more times, music blaring from the two Vampire royals up on stage, one with her bass and the other with his guitar, rocking out. It wasn't very often they got to perform together, and no way were they going to pass it up!

"Gumball, I seriously can't thank you enough! You got Marshall AND Marceline to play!" She continued.

"But of course! They were happy to do so after I explained what was going on." He waved her off. It was no trouble for him at all, he wanted to give her the best he could after everything she'd been through.

"Heehee, it looks like Farris is having a good time too!" She giggled, glancing at the other Elemental boy.

"Yes, quite. And Finn and Fionna - It looks like their faces are going to fall off." The humans, close as brother and sister, were grinning like children, challenging eachother to a punch-chugging contest. Finn had guzzled three and was on his fourth, and surprising enough, Fionna was on her fourth, fifth in her hand!

The only snag was Bubblegum couldn't make it...She had paperwork to do.

"I just…"

"What's wrong?" He mused, cocking a brow.

"N-Nothing." She shook her head, couldn't quite look him in the eye. "It...Nobody's ever done so much for me before." She explained, a few hot, magma tears stinging at the corners of her eyes. Don't cry!

"Well, I'd go to the ends of Ooo and back to see you happy." He smiled, rubbing them away with his thumbs.

"...Thank you, Bubba. For everything." The girl nodded, sniffling a bit to try and calm down. The music slowed, and she took her chance, cuddling up to his chest, eyes closed. It took forever for him to win her over after she and Finn broke up and she took the throne, but she's pretty sure he'd never do anything to hurt her.

"Heh, you're welcome." He mumbled, burying his face in the top of her fiery head. It didn't hurt a bit.
