PRELUDE TO REBELLIOUS WAR
Dark.
It's time to go to sleep.
Those were the words uttered by Kanan Jarrus, one of the members of the Ghost crew.
But, one member is still awake… (other than Kanan and Hera, duh)
Ezra.
The (arguably) youngest member of the crew, the fifteen-year-old lay awake. The past few days were traumatizing to the young Padawan. Yesterday, he was the sole hero, getting the supply shipment from the Imperials before getting shot. Impressive, yes, but dangerous. Kanan (Ezra's Jedi Master) has been getting on Ezra's case recently as well. And, with Ahsoka recently joining the crew, there's even more tension with Darth Vader's Padawan (albeit when he was Anakin) roaming the floors of the Ghost.
But should there be?
After all, she did help them a couple days ago with some Stormtrooper issues, but, it doesn't matter… right?
Right?
Ezra's got a lot to sleep on, especially since him, Sabine, and Ahsoka are going on a mission tomorrow.
And then there's her.
Sabine.
The crazy, awesome, cool artist who is an extremely important person on the Ghost.
And she's an extremely important person to Ezra, too.
She's inspired him on many an occasion, especially in times of need. Ezra has shown thanks before.
He's not that selfish.
Right?
And through all that they've been through, he's obviously developed some kind of affection for her.
But it's not mutual.
And that's fine, that's fine. Ezra's got enough to worry about, with all of his Jedi Training with Kanan going on.
But, little does he know that they are waiting.
Who?
The newest, greatest, boldest threat to the Rebels yet.
The Clones.
Battle-hardened clones from the Clone Wars that turned on the Jedi Order.
Truly terrifying.
And the Rebels are about to get a taste of their anger.
Their power.
Their hatred.
Hatred for heroic rebellion.
