When i woke up the white room scared the living day lights out of me. I tried to sit up but i couldn't. Large metal bars were holding down my arms and the sight of them made my suppressed anger boil over. I could here the nurse in the other room talking to the doctor, "she has a serious mental problem" "She is not safe to have around other people." I've heard it all before. They shift me from place to place hoping i will get better, like i am some animal that will do better in a different habitat. Please. This might as well be my career, pissing off doctors and nurses that have the patience of mother Tareesa until they finally snap or quite. The funny thing is right when your about to be like, okay i'll be good, thats when it happens. I glanced over at the clock on the other side of the room. nine forty five. Time to start the job. I took in a gulp of air and let out a high pitch scream until the nurse came in. "What's wrong dear?" This was the new nurse that started last week-she was pear shaped with white pink skin, Her eye lashes stuck together and her blue eyeshadow fell in drops on her pointy cheek bones-had absolutely no idea what she was getting into. I couldn't get over how cut throat the doctors could be, sending this innocent nurse in here. All well. "Come here!" I screeched at her and she winced, "Yes darling?" She looked hesitant so i motioned her over, Time to play crazy. "You see them don't you- the spiders they're everywhere... everywhere!" i gave her a wide eyed stare. "Yes-i see them now just lie still..." This was everyones mistake. "Lie still" I hated being strapped down cause you couldn't even scratch you nose without yelling for a nurse. "NO! no no no no no!" I thrashed about wildly and then stilled. The nurse began to relax then jumped again as i let out another long scream. Eventually i was quiet. "So you new huh?" I asked the nurse, she just looked at me incredulously and gaped a few times, "Well?" I prompted and she seemed to realize what i was asking, "Y-yes..." Now i already knew this yes but it was fun to play dumb sometimes. I was getting out of here today so i figure i could go out with a...BANG! The whole back wall was completely taken out, the explosion was so strong that my arm and leg restraints were completely undone. I slipped of the metal table and stretched my stiff muscles. I walked over to the nurse, now thrown against the side wall, She was cowering like a three year old. "Sorry" I gave her a sarcastic smile and strode out of the room to get my regular clothes. Room thirteen was a small pink room, every time i went in there i made an effort to not barf. This time however, I turned the room black...my favorite. I threw on my jeans and a t-shirt and walked over to room eight. Dr. Strek was a short stocky guy with square glasses and that "i am smarter than you because i went to an Ivy league" look. "Hello, Dr. Strek. So were am i going now?"I sat down in a near bye chair and sunk back. "Well Rae, there is this home...now don't think of it as a whole like here... It is a home, Its smaller and there is only eight people all your age. They can all relate to your...uniqueness and you wont be a danger to them." I hated it when he called me Rae, my mom called me Rae, He could never relate to that, this five two stocky man, He was cut throat and Asinine, My mother was the sun in the sky and the shine in the water...he would never know her. "Do not call me Rae." I said this trough my teeth feeling the hot tears of anger and hurt well up in my eyes. I blinked them back, "But why?" Damnation. "When do i go- no i want to go now.."
