Bray had saw how much Amber changed since Eagle Mountain…he noticed she had
matured in more ways then one, but he was too stunned to say anything…
Even though he and Amber go way back, she and Dal go even further back, before the virus. Bray had wondered why she had been so cold to them.
Eventually, Amber and her tribe decided to help Bray, Lex, Dal, and Ebony in trying to break into the mall to get the others back. Bray had caught Amber up on what had gone on since Eagle Mountain, even though Dal had told her about the Virus Antidote; Alice and Ellie joining the Tribe, Trudy and Brady being captured, Tai-San finding the cure in herbs, the was Ebony tried to kill Tai-San, Salene and Ryan and Tai-San and Lex's marriage…
For

Amber was hurt when she found out about Bray and Dannii.
She felt like she was dead to him, she thought Bray would've waited for her…
But she that wasn't possible, seeing as how
everyone thought she was dead, well except for Ebony, who had planned it out
all along.

After Bray had found out about how he had tricked Amber
into thinking she and Bray had a kid together, Ebony had watched Bray tear up
the picture of She, her niece and Bray. Although he hadn't said it, Ebony could
feel his hate for her, it was an unspoken understanding…even though she still
loved him…

Amber ached all over; she had remembered how
Dal had sacrificed himself for the cause. She remembered finding his twisted
body lying in the street. She had remembered sitting with him, blood coming out
from his ears, and mouth. She cried silently to herself, remembering how Dal
had asked her to watch after the Acorn trees. Dal was truly a living analogy of
the old 'a small acorn can grow into a mighty oak…' saying. He had changed a
lot since Amber had last seen him…but that was the past, she is Eagle now..

After she had spent a night of passion with Bray, Amber/Eagle had set out with some member's of her tribe to find some other tribes they could win to the resistance. She had said her goodbyes to Ebony (who she had forgiven) Lex, Pride, and Bray. She had set out, with the thoughts of the past months on her mind….Eagle Mountain, the Gaians, The Chosen, …Dal's death… but she knew somehow, goodness would over come….
