A/N: What's up guys Marie here! (aka: Turtlelove) This is a new story K.T. and I came up with for you guys since we haven't been updating The Good, the Bad, and the Hunted. We hope you like this new story. Enjoy!
He stared down the man in the trench coat, evaluating his options. No amount of silver, salt, or holy water did anything to this guy. Plus, he had appeared out of no where. Nothing to announce his coming. No footsteps, no crashing through the woods like he owned the place, nothing. It had only been a few seconds since Trench coat's surprise arrival, but still, he could feel the sweat prickling on the back of his neck.
Then he spoke. "Who the hell are you?" The words came out slow, each one filled with more venom than the last.
Trench coat only replied, "I am Castiel. I'm an angel of the Lord."
Is this guy serious? He thought. But his thoughts were soon interrupted. Apparently 'Castiel' wasn't finished.
"Ryan Winchester, we need your help."
"How do you know my name?!"
Ryan's only answer was Castiel taking two fingers and tapping him on the head.
For a moment, there was nothing. Total darkness. For a moment, he thought whatever the angel had done killed him. Then his feet hit wood and he was standing in the middle of three men. The only one he recognized was, of course, the angel. The other two standing next to him were complete strangers. One was tall with long, brown hair. The other was a head shorter with short, black hair.
The short one spoke first. "Are you Ryan Winchester?"
Great. Someone else to add to the list of strangers who knew his name. "Who's asking?"
"Dean Winchester." He replied. "And this is Sam." He jabs his thumb in the direction of the tallest of the three.
"Okay, yeah. I'm Ryan." He looks at each of them in turn. "Now where the hell am I?"
Dean groans. "Seriously Cas? Couldn't you have told him something?"
"I did." The angel wasn't fazed. "I told him who I was and that we needed him."
"That's great. Good job."
The angel looks satisfied. He clearly didn't have a grasp of sarcasm.
Dean then turns to Ryan. "Well," He spreads his arms wide. "Welcome to the 21st century!"
At that exact moment, only one thought came to his mind: You've got to be kidding.
A/N: Well done Cas. Hope you enjoyed this prologue. We, of course, do not own Sam, Dean, or Cas; just Ryan. We always enjoy feedback! Seeya next time! ~M
