Notes: Found in girlfriend's flat with 10 stab wounds in back. Suspected murder by ex wife. Court case dropped after ex wife's death.
Sarah Leanne Poynter
1972 - 2014
Notes: Found dead 10 days before murder court case in flat. Cause of death was alcohol poisoning. Was a known alcoholic.
Christopher Mark Poynter
1989 - 2010
Notes: Was in car accident with two friends. Died in hospital later along with first friend. Second friend is now disabled from neck down.
Molly Anne Poynter
1992 - 2020
Notes: Disappeared in 2006 at the age of fourteen. Presumed dead. But was found unconscious in an alleyway in the east end of London in 2020. Died 10 days later in hospital. Disappearance was presumed kidnapping to be used as a forced prostitute.
Lola Rose Poynter
1994 - 2013
Notes: Found dead in bedroom. Death caused by heroin drug overdose. Was a known drug addict by everyone except close family.
David Alan Poynter
1995 -
Notes : Only member of the Poynter family to survive. Is now married and has two children. But suffers from depression because of family loss.
Stephanie Pearl Poynter
1997 - 2018
Notes: Was a known sufferer of depression. Had a spell in rehab. Found dead in river soon after. Presumed suicide.
Douglas Lee Poynter
1998 - 2011
Notes : Was found unconscious on roadside by a passer by. Died in hospital few hours later. Cause of death suspected to be eight broken ribs and a puncture to the skull and heart.
