It was an ordinary day at the mountain. Well, as normal as it could be at the teams HQ. Like all ways Artemis and Kid Flash were arguing before training but to-day was going to be different.

"Please my friends, stop fighting. Black Canary will be here soon," Aqualad said trying to break up the fight.

"NO! For all we know she could be like her father," replied Kid Flash, that was it! Artemis never thought he would say any thing like that. She was angry and that just made her even more mad. She Kicked him in the face.

Artemis was suddenly grabbed back away from Kid Flash, who was now laying on the floor.

"Artemis stop fighting," Came a voice behind her. She looked behind her. It was Black Canary. She stopped struggling and crossed her arms.

"Thanks babe," Wally said coughing up blood and attempting to stand. Black Canary raised an eyebrow. Kid Flash noticed people at the back at the room and recognized them," er... Why are they here?"

"We are heard to help with training," replied Aquaman walking forward along with Wonder Woman, Hawkwoman, Superman, Martian manhunter, Hal Jordan, Atom and Batman.

"Yay," Kid Flash said sarcastically. More people to beat us up he thought.

"Ok, Kid Flash is with Aquaman, Superboy and Wonder Woman, Zatanna and HawkWoman, Rocket with Superman, Miss Martian with Atom, Robin and Martian Manhunter, Aqualad with Batman and Artemis with Hal," Black Canary said," so begin.

Artemis' P.O.V.

Great, I can't beat Kid Idiot like all ways and have to fight Green Lantern. Good thing is it's no powers.

"Come on," Green Lantern said, I think his name was Kal or Mal or something like that.

We both got into fighting positions and began. I tried to kick him in the face but he blocked it, then I dropped down and swiped my leg under him so he fell.

Hal's P.O.V

Wow. This kid had great moves and skill. On the first round she got me down on her second move. She kept on beating me, it was unbelievable. All the over kids kept on keeping an eye on us and laughed when I fell, well, only Kid Flash, Robin, Zatanna and Rocket but that was half of them.

This was so embarrassing! But I was saved by Batman.

"Team stay here rest of you we need to go," He informed.

Batman's P.O.V.

Me, both Green Lanterns (John tagged along), Wonder Woman, Superman, HawkWoman, Aquaman, Atom, Martian manhunter and black Canary had to leave to go and fight Lex Luthor.

We arrived at the warehouse were he was. He sent his goons to 'handle' us. John Stewart went after Lex.

I followed him but by the time I got to were Lex was, the Joker was also there, with a knife, stabbing John.

Blood was dripping from the spot the knife was.

I ran forwards and took both of the scum out. No one kills a hero and gets away with it!

Hal's P.O.V.

When I was done with the hench men I followed to find John lying there, bleeding badly. I ran over to him but he was nearly dead.

The overs came and saw as his ring began to glow and a green ball floated away.

"Whats that green ball?" Asked black Canary running over next to me crouched over the dying Green Lantern.

"The rings going to go find a new person to be the next Green Lantern," I replied.

Artemis' P.O.V.

I have sitting in the Kitchen bored out of my mind when all of a sudden a green ball grabbed me. I tried to get out but I couldn't it was too strong.

It flew me to a warehouse were I saw the league as I fell flat on my face.

"Artemis is the new Green Lantern?" I heard them all ask.

"WHAT!?"
