"Another good day, Ren" Yashiro said as he was managing the schedule for the next day.
It was nightfall in the city of Tokyo. Ren had finally finished his long busy day. "See you tomorrow, Yashiro-san." he replied as he dropped off Yoshiro home.
"Have a good night, Ren" Yashiro said as he got out of the car, "And Have a happy Anniversary"
Yashiro left and Ren hurried to get to his next destination: the flower shop.
Today was the most special day of his life and he was late to get home. He came upon a small flower shop, before getting out of his car, Ren put on a pair of sunglasses and a hat, so that he wouldn't be recognized.
"Good Evening, How are you today?" the flower shop keeper asked.
"I'm fine, thanks. I was wondering if you could put together a bouquet?"
"Sure, What would you like?"
"Red Roses, Red Tulips and Orchids."
"Ah, so it must be for your love. Red roses mean True Love. Red tulips mean undying love and Orchids mean Refined Beauty."
"Yes it is, Thank-you." Ren said as he handed the shop keeper money and took the bouquet.
He got back in his car and drove on home. Getting to his apartment complex, Ren got out of his car and made his way up to his apartment. He had the bouquet in one hand and a wrapped gift in his other hand. He quietly entered and closed the door behind him, took off his shoes and quietly made his way to the kitchen.
As he entered the kitchen he saw a girl standing over the stove, cooking. He set the bouquet and gift down. Slowly, making sure to make no sound, he crept closer and closer. From behind, he hugged her, taking her in his arms.
"Ren!" Kyoko almost screamed, "You scared me!" She said as she turned around.
They fit together so perfectly.
"Happy 2nd Anniversary, Kyoko." Ren said as he closed the distance between him and Kyoko and kissed her gently and sweetly. " I love you, forever and ever."
"Happy Anniversary, Ren" Kyoko said as she returned his kiss with passion.
"I can't believe it," Ren said as he drew back and looked at her. She had so much love in her eyes. Love that only belonged to him. Finally he had the woman of his dreams in his arms. She was there with him. He was happier than he had ever been before.
"What can't you believe?" Kyoko asked as she turned around in his arms to check on the dinner she had been making.
"That you are here, with me. For forever and ever." He replied and he leaned and rested his chin on the crook of her neck and shoulder.
"I wouldn't want to be anywhere but here, Ren. With You I will always be. I love you." Kyoko whispered as she closed her eyes and treasured her moments with Ren. "And…"
"And…..what?" Ren curiously asked as he leaned back up and looked at her.
"I made dinner, and you are going to be eating everything!" Kyoko whispered into his ear as she turned around and gave him a hug.
"Before that, I have something to give you!" Ren said as he got the bouquet and gift from the counter. " Here" Ren said as he gave Kyoko the Bouquet and gift.
"Ren, these are beautiful!" she exclaimed as she looked at the flowers. She un-wrapped the gift and opened the box, inside lay a diamond and sapphire necklace and earrings. "This is… Thank you so much, kuon!" Kyoko said as she put them aside and gave Ren a hug. "I have a gift for you, too." she said as she took him along to their bedroom.
She opened the closet and got a box out. "Here" she said as she handed him the box.
Ren took the box and opened it. Inside lay a watch made of platinum. "Thank-you, Kyoko." he looked at her adoringly.
He took her in his arms and pulled her in close to him. Inching near her, he took her sweet lips in a kiss that lasted throughout the night….
