(A/N)This is my first one so do not be harsh pleaseZuko's thoughts are in italic
Zuko was tired
Zuko was tired. He really was exhausted. It has been only one week after the came back from the boiling rock and everybody seemed so happy. Everybody except him. He tried his best to be accepted, he knew and understood that it was hard for them to believe him, but he could not stand it any longer.
Even though his relationship with the avatar and that water tribe boy was obviously quite good and he was getting along with Sokka's father, Suki and the blind bender Katara didn't even want to see him much less talk to him.
This is it! I am going to talk to her about how I feel he thought to himself while pouring his tee maybe then she will believe me. I betrayed her, I know, but I have changed. Why can't she see it? But what am I going to tell her? Matter of factly, how do I feel?
"Emm, Zuko?" a feminine voice waked him up from his trance violently as he felt to hot liquid running down his clothes luckily missing his "neighborhood"
"Outch, hot hot hot…HOT" he yelled at Suki who was staring at him obviously in shock.
"I am so sorry…I didn't want to …i-i-t was an accident s-o-o-o-ry" her trembling voice made Zuko fell bad for yelling at her…she obviously was sorry and it wasn't her fault.
"It is ok" he looked at her and smiled "it wasn't your fault. Anyway I believe that you wanted to talk to me…?"
"Yes, it is about Katara"
He instantly froze. Can she know? Naah…know what I do not feel anything about the water tribe girl. Or do I?
"Emm…I will be waiting outside in case you want to…you know now…change clothes" Suki said breaking the awkward silence that had formed and bringing Zuko back to reality. "I will be waiting at the training place"
"Ok he said" smiling again. Time to use some help! he thought grinning to himself. He wanted to get to know the real thing not Just his imaginations…
