Elizabeta stared down at the blood. It covered almost all of her family's living room, but the blood wasn't hers. "Elizabeta!" a voice shouted from outside, but she didn't move. "Elizabeta!" she heard the voice, but this time she also heard footsteps. The footsteps were getting closer and closer to her. Then the footsteps stopped and she felt arms wrapping round her, she felt a tear run down her little cheek. "Come, let's get out of here, the police need to get in" said the voice in a soft tone, not too loud but not to quiet for her to hear, Elizabeta nodded and slowly walked out of the house, stepping in some blood puddles, leaving a trail of bloody footsteps behind her. Outside a very confused little Prussian was waiting for someone to explain what happened. "Hey! Liz! Can you please tell me what the hell is happening!" he asked her in his loud tone, he then ran over to her. He looked at her face, and saw the tears dripping down her cheeks. "M-my p-parents" she stuttered, pointing to her house. The Prussian looked over her and saw some blood trail which led up to her house; he then looked back at her. "Liz, are you alright?" he knew the answer already but still asked in hope that she was. Elizabeta didn't answer, she just ran over to him and hugged him tightly and started crying. Gilbert, the Prussian, was a bit shocked at her actions, since she wasn't the type of girl who would go round hugging people, but he still comforted her. "Hey, Liz, maybe you could stay at my house for a bit, while things get sorted out?" he asked her. She still hugged him but he could hear a quiet mumble which sounded like thanks. " He smiled, didn't grin, but smiled. Gilbert's mom walked up to them, she smiled at the two young ones. "Elizabeta, sorry but could you come here for a second" she said to her, Elizabeta slowly and reluctantly pulled away from the Prussian and walked over to her. "Yes?" She asked, she didn't really mind Gilbert's mom but she would always come just at the wrong moment. She looked up at her, "Elizabeta you're going to live at Roderich's house for a bit-"but she was interrupted by an angry and annoyed Prussian glaring at her. She could feel the anger radiating from him. "NO! She is staying with us! I told her she could!" she sighed; she knew this would happen; the two kids were best friends since they were born. To be honest, she too didn't like the idea of her living with Roderich, and she just didn't seem like a girl who would like the way he lived. "I'm sorry, but I can't decide who Elizabeta is staying with, her parents have made the decision, and I think that it's right to respect their decisions." She told them. Neither Elizabeta nor Gilbert could believe this. Roderich, or Roddy, as Prussia would refer to him, lived in Austria, and Gilbert's family was quite poor, so he wouldn't be able to visit her, and they both knew that Roddy wouldn't let her visit him as him and Gilbert were enemies at heart. His mom gave some bags to Elizabeta. "The car is ready for you to leave now" she said to her. Elizabeta looked at the car and then at Gilbert. "Bye then, I guess" she said to him. He looked back at her "Liz, promise that we will meet again" he told her, feeling a tear coming. She smiled softly at him and nodded

"Sure, Gil. I promise"
