'Remus. Please don't leave!' She was crying, tears staining her ivory cheeks, wringing her hands exasperatedly.
I sighed 'Dora. You know I wouldn't go, but Dumbledore himself asked me. It will greatly benefit ever-'
'No it won't, it won't benefit me. You being here, with me would be beneficial. And it won't benefit you either. You always say the part you hate most about yourself is your curse, so living with it all the time, with the monster who gave you it will be in no way beneficial to you ' She was whispering now.
'Oh Dora, my sweet, clumsy, loving Dora. Come here.' I opened my arms to her. She wrapped her arms around my neck as I lifted her up, she snaked her legs around my waist. A sigh escaped her.
'You're going aren't you?'
'Yes my love' she nuzzled my neck affectionately and turned her heart shaped face up to mine. I kissed her most hated button nose and wiped her tears away.
'Sorry, couldn't resist.' A shadow of a smile played its way onto her face.
'You are an insufferable noble git y'know?'
'Well, by the sounds of it I'm not wanted anyway.' I retorted a laugh threatening from inside me.
'But you're my insufferable noble git.'
'Yes love.'
