I look at my friends. God, I didn't want to tell them like this. Not with the chance of us dying.
"Guys..." I trail off, not entirely sure how I want to say this.
"What?" Tucker demands, trying to unite himself.
"Hurry up, Danny, Vlad could be back down to kill us any minute," Sam says, taking a break from trying to escape. I had long since given up on trying to escape the ghost proof rope keeping me tied to my chair.
"If we're gonna die..." I trial off agian.
"We are not going to die, Danny!" Sam scolds me.
"I don't know about that, Sam. Danny can't get out to save us," Tucker says.
"Johnny 13..." I trial of once agian. Why is this happening to me? Can't one of my allies come save us and get me out of this mess? That would be great! No? Well, that's just great.
"What about Johnny 13?" Sam asks, no longer trying to get out.
"Yeah, you never mention Johnny 13 other to complain about him and Kitty coming to you about relationship issues, and as memory serves, they haven't made an appearance in six months. Not to mention that you wouldn't mention a thing like that in a situation like this," Tucker says. It's now or never, and I would really prefer the 'never' option, but I know that I can't choose that option more. I've already dug myself a really deep hole.
"Johnny 13 is my boyfriend," I say that right as Vlad walks back in and he starts laughing as my friends stare at me, making sure that I'm not just joking around with them. "I'm sorry, Sam," I give her a smile.
"When the fuck did this happen?" Tucker demands.
"Six months ago. Johnny and Kitty had just broken up and Sam and I had broken up a month before, so we kind of...started...dating," I mutter, my cheeks bright red. I look over at Sam, just hoping to have her yell at me and get it over with, but she just starts laughing.
"I'm dating Kitty!" She says through her laughter.
"You're what!?" Tucker demands as Vlad falls down laughing.
