I woke up feeling like today was going to be the best day ever, because it was Valentine's day and I was going to ask a certain half-demon teammate of mine to be my valentine. I was well aware of my track record with girls, and even though the odds of Raven actually returning the feelings I had for her were almost nonexistant I decided to try it anyway.
I walked into the common room to find the purple haired goddess herself sitting on the couch reading a book. "Hey RAVEN" I called to her in a kind of sing song voice "WHAT?" She said,
annoyance obvious in her voice. "Guess what today is" I said with my trademark grin plastered on my face "Um, Monday?" "What? No, it's Valentines Day!" I exclaimed, my grin widening to the point of almost hurting my face.
"And?" She asked "Well, I was wondering if you'd like to be my valentine?" "Why are you asking me of all people? Is this another one of you jokes?" Raven asked with skepticisim in her voice. "No Raven, I'm being completely honest" I defended "Then WHY are you asking me" I then decided to tell her the truth, which would either get me an attractive new girlfriend, or an early grave,
I was hoping for the former.
"Well, You're the only girl around, and... I love you Raven, I really do, I have since I first met you." "Beast Boy, are you serious?" Raven asked me, completely shocked, "Serious as a heart attack" I said confidently. "Beast Boy, I don't know what else to say, other than I love you too" Then Raven did smething I really didn't expect, she kissed me. And it wasn't one of those little pecks on the cheek either, it was a full on passionate kiss right on the lips. When we separated, we looked into each other's eyes, smiling contentedly.
"So does this mean you'll be my valentine?" I asked, still smiling "Well, after careful reconsideration, I've decided that yes, I WILL be your valentine."
"Daddy, wake up, c'mon get up daddy" I woke up to see my daughter, Victoria Logan, standing by my bedside smiling and pulling at the covers. Victoria was a beautiful mix of her mother and I.
She had long purple hair, pale green skin, dark green eyes, pointed ears, and a purple chakra stone on her forehead. "Oh, hey kiddo" I said, stifling yawn. She just giggled "C'mon daddy, get up or you'll miss breakfast."
"Oh okay, man I had the best dream" "What was it about daddy?" Victoria asked me, smile still present on her face. "It was about the day your mother and I met."
"That's a nice dream" "Yeah it was, now, I'll race you down to the kitchen" I challenged playfully "You're on!" Victoria said delightedly. I morphed into a cheetah and raced towards the kitchen, victoria just teleported. "Cheater! I raised her well" I thought proudly to myself.
