Oh goodness where could he be? , Bella Swan thought as she was sitting alone in her room.
It was about 12 at night and Bella was sitting on her bed anxiously awaiting the arrival of her fiancé Edward Cullen. If he doesn't come soon he might find me asleep, she thought as a giant yawn came out of her mouth.
She had been sitting on her bed waiting for him to come for about an hour and a half, lying down quickly only when she thought she heard her father walking around upstairs. Edward usually arrived promptly on time every night to lie down with her as she slept, keeping her safe and sound. Edward though could not sleep because he was a vampire and soon enough, after her wedding in three days, she would join him and his family as a vampire herself.
As soon as another silent yawn had slipped out of her mouth she heard a click and one second later felt the presence of the love of her life sitting on her bed next to her.
"What took you so long, I was starting to worry," she questioned him while she pounced on him giving him a backbreaking hug.
"Sorry love, I was talking with Carlisle about how we are going to change you."
"Oh, well then you are definitely forgiven. So what's the plan?"
"Well, Carlisle has so gratefully agreed to pay for our honeymoon, in Paris."
"Paris? Edward, don't you think there will be too many, um distractions in Paris, as in there are too many people I might be likely to want to kill!"
"You know Bella you really should let me finish."
"Oh, you weren't done then?"
"No. Now as I was saying, we will tell everyone we are going on our honey moon in Paris but we will really be flying into Paris and then taking another flight to Sweden where we will then meet up with everyone else. Then we will all proceed to Carlisle's cabin in the Alps. It is very secluded with no one around for miles, and it is in the middle of a forest, plus it is full of animals, which will be good because you will need something to feed on."
" Wow. That plan sounds amazing Edward. I can't believe I will finally be a vampire in less than a week."
"You know that you don't have to do this right? That we can just get married, heck we don't even have to get married if you don't want to."
"Edward, you know I want to be a vampire more then anything. I love you so much that it is hard to explain. I love you with every fiber of my being and I don't know if my life would have been complete if I had never come to Forks. I want to spend eternity with you and if that means giving up being human, then so be it. I love you and I want to marry you and I want to spend the rest of my life and forever with you."
"Bella, I love you too, I need you and I need to be with you. When we are apart I can't stand it, even if it is just a second. If this is really your choice then I guess I accept it."
"Finally!" she said with a smile, "I was starting to think you would never get the point."
"I have always gotten the point…I guess I just didn't want you to make this decision without really thinking it through."
"I have thought it through, and I can't think it through anymore, we are going to get married and you are going to make me a vampire and we will live happily ever after forever."
And with that she kissed Edward, laid her head in the crook of his neck, and closed her eyes, hoping to dream of their future life together as two vampires in love.
